Great variety of exercises with instructions

I have been able to continue for three years and never regretting these workouts and fantastic trainers ( I feel I know them, they are friends!!).

the most amazing online fitness there is i work out with them every day for past 4 years. they are genuine, have a hollistic view on well being, they continuously improv e their website and the addition of new coaches is stunning, all have a different style and level of difficulty so its super rich and diverse and inclsive

I have been using FB since 2013, and they've made such an influence on my physical & mental health journeys, even though I've never met them in person! I pay for their FB Plus yearly membership ($79.99), and I think it is so worth it. They offer content by personal trainers, physical therapists, & mental health professionals, & they're always uploading new videos/articles/programs, so you never get bored. I can't foresee in the future ever stopping using FB.

FB has been a part of my journey for years now. I'm a personal trainer now and still tune in to their videos when I'm having a difficult day to stay motivated and continue with my training. I don't use their videos primarily anymore as my training style has changed over the years, but if there is one online fitness biz I'll recommend to anyone, it'll be FB. Daniel and Kelli are so approachable and fun to workout with! Most of their workout videos are available for free, but their Plus membership is worth exploring if you want to personalize your experience more.

The only possible downside I can think of is the lack of offline accessibility. I travel a lot, and sometimes internet can be an issue. But that is not really a big problem in the grand scheme of things.

All in all, I love what value they have added in my life and what I'm sure is the experience of many others! Love you guys!

I've been working out with FitnessBlender for almost 10 years now and I love everything about it. Daniel and Kelli are super down to earth and so the videos push you but never feel unhealthy. They use super varied exercise types so it doesn't get boring and most content is free. I also have quite a few of their paid-for workout programs which I absolutely love. It helps me stay motivated if I don't first have to think about what workout to do on any given day so these programs are perfect.

Cannot express how much I LOVE these guys! I’ve been using their workouts religiously for months now. Having suffered multiple injuries from marathon running, the low impact options they offer throughout videos are exactly what I need. There are also more than 600 free videos on the site so there’s always something new to try! Plus their attitudes towards fitness are truthful and refreshing. Fitness Blender has become part of my weekly routine - workout complete :)

I have used their videos for a long time, since 2013 and i love them both. My fave videos are the kickboxing ones that combine that with upper, lower and abs. I have bought almost all of their fitness plans too and completed them. The very first video i ever tried of theirs was the 37 minute cardio workout at home and have been hooked since, and thank you for keeping your videos focused on training guys, and not showing off and training half naked like others do xx

I have been using their videos for a few months now and one thing that came to my notice was their Kickboxing routines were highly inaccurate and incorrect. I pointed this out to them as a comment on one of the videos and instead of taking it constructively, they deleted it and sent me a threatening mail saying:
"I have noticed a lot of negative things you have been posting about Fitness Blender’s videos. I am asking you to please stop, or I will have to disable your account."
It is no wonder that nowhere would you find a single critical comment anywhere on their site.
This is an extremely uethical way of running a business and I have since sworn never to buy a single product from this site or even use their videos otherwise.

Really worth your money! $10 is nothing for a 4 week workout plan and you can use it again and again without paying! I have bought 5 plans and they are all great

The life changing couple that owns and operates fitnessender.com are absolutely an inspiration. I have lost all of the extra weight I wanted to by using their website and workout videos. It's super easy to use and you can customize and filter the workout videos so that it's easy to progress at your own speed. They even have a calendar so that you can track what you've done and inspire yourself. The couple that makes all of the videos are so down to earth and fun. They truly are so amazing and this is my way of thanking them for what they have done for me. Workout videos and the calendar are all free, though they do offer more videos and routines and meal plans for very decent prices. However, I lost all my extra weight using the free-only options. If you want to truly change you life and feel amazing, please check them out!
