Coach Matt is incredibly practical and keeps it so real. He also has values and beliefs that align with mine as we are both Christians. I love the platform he has built and appreciate the community.

Joining this community helped me in ways I didn't think it would. & that is exactly what I was looking for. It's helped change my mindset from "I don't want to workout" to "I am thankful I am able to work out." I didn't know that taking care of your body was a way to honor God and I am thankful that this community helped merge those 2 pathways as one.

Fit Church is really helping me make progress on achieving my wellness goals through the Genesis Challenge. I look forward to the daily challenges and am finding that it's helping me make healthier food and exercise choices. One thing that surprised me is how much I'm enjoying the community aspect of the challenge. Everyone has been really kind and supportive.

This is a must be in group for any and all people. It will help you grow in your faith as well as help motivate you and push you to your limits for your best overall health, mentally and physically!

Notifications came through, tabs are organized so I can find the next task or class. Posts and comments are encouraging and engaging. Most importantly, everything about this group is Christ centered.

Accountability and Unity is a powerful combo and hard to archive and FIT Church United makes it happen. The devotion of leaning on God and His plan for man, then the commitment to be a part of change. Striving towards better health and creating new habits with others who are like minded. This made a significant difference in my life and my approach to my health. It took away isolation and put me on a platform of community. I encourage anyone who seeks change in their lifestyle of exercise and food intake to partake with Fit Church United.

I have learned more about my health and fitness with Matt’s program than anything I’ve done in the past 8 years.

Ever since I joined beginning of March, I have learned so much and gotten a lot of support and encouragement not only from the members but also from the Creator and I encourage anyone who is struggling with weight loss/ spiritually or food ect... That you join because you're not alone.

FIT Church brings you back to the basics of health and fitness while at the same time shedding a whole new light on it! The focus on honoring God as the basis for our commitment to live healthier lives is a game changer. My experience has been wonderful and life changing to say the least. The information, support and education we receive on every aspect of health and wellness has been fundamental. I am very pleased with the way things are run and I’m so glad I started this journey with FCU!

I’m so thankful I found fitchurch! It has helped me see what GOD’s plans were when he created us and how he wanted us to eat.
There’s also a great community! Like-minded people wanting to keep GOD in the center of their life including healthy living.

The time is not up but I appreciate the willingness to help and proved information to help in thus journey. I loved the team work and help from the other members.

Fitchurch has helped me learn so much about food choice, the effects of long-term yoyo dieting and helped me work on my relationship with food. Most importantly, being able to combine my fitness journey with honouring God. This truly has been a blessing and I'm grateful 🙏🏽

My experience with fitchurchunited has been very positive and life changing. I was provided with valuable information and resources such as the plate method and meal plan guides, that are positively impacting my nutritional choices and motivating me to live a healthier lifestyle. I'm truly grateful and blessed to have been part of such an amazing community that supports and cares for one another the way God intended. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to participate in the Genesis Challenge. I appreciate that all the information has been Biblical, encouraging, and factual and accurate. Coming from a background of going through a lot of fad diets and seeing empty promise after empty promise, I have finally found an approach that makes sense for me that lines up with my beliefs. I have noticed that I am getting stronger and having more energy after 3 weeks. Thank you Matt and FIT Church United!
