Had my 1st order a month or 2 ago, Sirloins were the best i have ever had, strawberry shakes very nice also, delivery good, called to chase delivery as never noticed a email, spoke to the owner/boss nice guy , tried ordering the other week keeps saying new website coming? tried that Muscle site what a mistake, steaks rock hard, poor service binned the lot, get your web site up and running plz i cannot be dealing with frauds, honestly the sirloin of fitfodder is full of marbling , tender and melts in your mouth. Straight up Genuine review, just gutted there sites been down a few weeks, this is costing you customers. I will keep trying though. -)

Ok so now I have had the chance to compare the Customer Service and Products that Fitfodder have supplied me, with other online companies, here is my follow up totally 100% honest review......

I expect Fitfodder to try and get Trustpilot to remove this 100% honest feedback about their products, by trying such excuses as I have not ordered from them recently, or ordered since my last review, etc.....
however, surely a review of their products and customer service is not accurate until you have ordered from other companies, sampled their products to compare them, etc and this all takes time.... so here it is...

We all love a bargain don’t we, I did my first order because Fitfodder were doing a special on chicken breasts, 5kg for something like £19, they made lots of claims about their meat being natural and not pumped with salt water etc like supermarket chicken breasts, meat that Is so tasty etc, all sounded great and their limited feedback was good, so I did my first order and was happy with what I got, the chicken breasts were decent and the beef products like the strips etc were also decent if a bit chewy...

I then thought I had found the perfect company that I could trust when I ordered my monthly meat.....little did I know what was to follow......

My problems started when I did a mixed order for meat and fish (see my previous review on here for full details) all which seemed like excellent value for money, until I actually noticed I had less fish fillets than I should have and weighed the products that they sent me, finding that most were actually well below the marked weight... I received an explanation from Fitfodder blaming their Fish suppliers, but when I pointed out it was not just the fish it was the Lamb and other meat products things became a little heated...I received a refund for the underweight fish products in a timely fashion, but I had to continually contact them to get a refund for the other underweight products

Anyway, I had put this poor customer service to bed, until recently I made an order with another online company, which showed me you can get far better quality products if you look elsewhere.

I can now honestly say you get what you pay for, and the products from this company are ok but not value for money, especially if you take your time and look at what else is available out there. This coupled with the poor customer service I have received from this company, leave me with no doubt that they only deserve a 1* rating.....
I look forward to the outcome of Fitfodder reporting this genuine honest review to Trustpilot, which I am sure they will, and prospective customers reading this when it is not removed........

OH DEAR FITFODDER HOW EMBARRASING

So FitFodder you have now replied to my feedback and thank you for doing so, but what your current and prospective customers need to know is why you took so long, how genuine your response actually is, and why you have not actually addressed any of the points that I raised???

Well let me clarify the point, Fitfodder have not responded to elicit good customer service to myself, they have responded to effect damage limitation for themselves, they tried to get this review removed on a technicality and reported it straight away with no response to myself, by reporting it straight away to Trustpilot they knew it would would be instantly removed whilst being reviewed by Trustpilot, therefore, their present and future customers could not read it and they hoped it would stay hidden.....
But they failed, because as they knew my review is 100% genuine and highlights the true quality of their poor customer service and underhanded tactics they employ,

Thanks to the impartial nature of Trustpilot my review has now been upheld and republished for anyone to read, and I would urge anyone reading this and thinking of ordering from this company to think twice .....

I had a few teething problems with my order but the customer service was second to none. They offered to re-issue my order which was more than fair. I would highly recommend FitFodder as a company - they can't do enough to help you. They even get items that aren't available through the website, so if you fancy something that you can't find on the site, just drop them a line and ask if they can do it and get a price.......even if it's a 32oz T-bone steak for that special treat......yum.

I have been using FitFodder for over a year on and off. But since Christmas, when I wanted to get my Weight down and improve my Health & Fitness I switched to them for most of my Protein based needs. I eat a lot of Chicken, Turkey, and Steak which there is lots of options from plain breast meat to sausages, hache steaks, burgers etc. So it mixes up my meals and doesn’t make it boring. I also get protein bars and find they are very competitive on the pricing.

Delivery wise you can’t fault it. Delivered direct to the door with all delivery and order confirmations emailed so you know when your getting it. Also worth noting. Not once have they been out of a product I ordered, something I find rare nowadays.

I am now 2st lighter and as I constantly read, “You can’t out train a bad diet” These guys have definitely helped me get the right foods I have needed, and at the right price, something that is important when trying to eat more quality foods.

Easy to use, and a great product!

I order the same delivery every 2 weeks, around £75 worth of various meats. The service is always prompt and delivered on the day I select. The meat is of very high quality and more than worth the money.
The only slightly negative feedback is actually on the courier Parcel Force which I know Fitfodder obviously cannot directly control, they damaged a delivery and still tried to delivery a partial order a day late, I declined and they tried to deliver again another day later, also half the time they do not send the text giving me my hour timeslot leaving me wondering when it will arrive and unable to plan my day around this.
All in all a courier is a courier and we all know what they can be like, this is no reflection on Fitfodder who did compensate me on the problem and I will continue to order from them and highly recommend them to anyone!

Meat is excellent and so is the customer service. Got to chat online with someone on two occasions within seconds and was understood and helped straight away. Highly recommend.

The selection of food available has grown so much over the past while which is great.

The quality of the service is second to none and the food tastes far superior to anything i get anywhere else.

Firm favourite is the tuna steaks.

This was my first order and therefore a relatively small one. The few items I've ordered seemed to be of excellent quality and the order was delivered in time.

FitFodder provided me with very tasty lean meats. The order arrived two days after I used their slick ordering system. Super professional outfit and only the best of quality food delivered to my door. Highly recommended.
