I absolutely love Fit Feels Good.
This program is NOT a diet. Let me repeat myself. It is NOT a diet. It's actually a habit forming program that takes the KNOWN and simple recommendations that we all know and love - eat healthy, exercise, get sleep - and shows you HOW to do this in a way that is sustainable. And also doesn't make you hate life.
Personally, I am not willing to give up eating cookies, or drinking wine. I am ok with not having an 8 pack, as long as I feel good, am healthy, and look the way that makes me feel good. But everything out there, except for this program, swears we need to do things in an all or nothing way. This doesn't.
One of the mantras is literally to "half ass it" because doing something part of the way gets you WAY further than not trying at all. It's all about practice. Like life. If you think this sounds good, just DO IT.
Like anything, it's not going to change your life by clicking and button and doing nothing. You DO have to try, but it's something you can try and continue to try at and you will actually feel good and see results.
This is my third trip around with this program and this is a GOOD thing. It's like therapy. When you need it, you come back, you get back to where you want to be and you continue on with life. When you start struggling, it's there for you. And obtainable.
Can't say enough. Oonagh and her team are kick ass and I love them. Do it. Try it. You won't regret it. And if you do (doubtful), it's a money back guarantee...
Former skeptic, now a believer
I was a bit skeptical about some of the receipes and workouts at the beginning, but now I am a total believer! I have lost about 10 lbs in a month and I have not felt this good in years! I am stronger and my mood has improved. I have signed up for the year and I cannot wait to see how it goes!
Progress, Not Perfection
I chose to participate in the 28-Day Transformation for a second time. I needed a reset on a few of the life habits I had learned during my first Transformation. First, I needed to give up caffeinated coffee. I love coffee and successfully transitioned to decaf. I stopped eating so called "healthy" and "baked" processed snacks. I replaced those foods with more fresh fruits and vegetables.
The program offers grocery lists and whole foods recipes. I chose the carnivore meal plan, though vegan and vegetarian menus are offered as well. I rediscovered the nutritional value of morning smoothies, and the program provided several different tasty recipes.
This time around, I improved my food prep, cutting up vegetables to have them ready for a snack or a salad.
The program offers an exercise program as well with an emphasis on strength and cardio. I am a regular at my gym where I take strength and cardio group classes. I also swim laps at least twice a week. Therefore, I did not need the routines provided. For those looking for exercise guidance, these routines are an effective jumpstart for those who need it.
I especially was attracted to the Fit Feels Good App, which provides access to everything one needs in the program and also tracks exercise and sleep. I track my exercises with my Apple Watch, and every activity transferred to the FFG app.
The program provides much support, including a FFG coach who checks in with participants and interacts with them on the FaceBook page.
I was inspired by the daily motivation emails, too. I loved the message that we are not perfect and should not give up even when detouring from the eating plan. A weekly treat meal showed that we do not have to give up our favorite foods (for me, sushi).
I lost a few pounds and replaced a few bad habits with healthy ones. I made progress, and I was not perfect.

I just competed the 28 day transformation challenge and feel really great about all that I have learned about myself in the process! Dropped a couple of inches from my middle and about 6.5-7 lbs, which I imagine will continue at varying paces if I am consistent with their year-long program (which I joined in my last few days of the challenge).
TLDR: The Fit Feels Good aesthetic seemed fun with its focus on regular looking women, looking to eat healthy and workout consistently and make a habit out of it, and that is exactly what Oonagh and her team of Transformentors aim to provide you. As with everything, you need to do your part too :)Its worth it, do it! As with everything, there are a few minor kinks in the program that could be worked out but the team is super supportive and help with anything that comes up.
Deets: The meal plan and grocery lists are easy to follow; the recipes are super yummy, and being a veggies/whole foods forward household our grocery bill has not changed. There is a learning curve. I am already a meal prepper, so transitioning from my default recipes and grocery lists that are automatic, to new recipes/double-checking servings (for my husband and me)/adjusting the plan to suit our routines meant that it actually took me much longer than the 2 hours than what they say it would take. That said, every week I got it done in less time than the previous week, and I had a lot of fun with all the recipes that I tried. I would select about 3 recipes and multiplied them as I prefer not to cook every night). BUT AND ALSO IF you are following the plan word for word, you live right next to do a grocery store that is compactly arranged/know where most things are via an accurate aisle map on an app, then yes you might get everything done in an hour, another hour to just chop/initial prep for the week and maybe one more to make one of the dishes in advance.
The workouts in the 28 day challenge are HIIT-focused, 28-30 minutes, x3 a week and challenging in good ways, for newbies and for those who have some experience with working out. You can pace yourself as you need to and Oonagh gives you all the options to make the exercises easier on joints or also to challenge you even more. I am not new to fitness and my main goal was to change my workout routines from working out x2 a week to x4 a week. I mostly lift heavy weights, needed to increase my working capacity and was finding it difficult to do so... during the 28 day challenge, I did the x3 a week HIIT workouts and kept up with strength training x1 a week. I have learned a lot about about to break through the mental and physical limits to getting harder exercises or the last few reps in. Both for HIIT and for strength training. I am also sleeping a lot better.
My only quibble is that the production value of the follow-along exercise videos could be a bit better (e.g. separate the music output and Oonagh's voice, sometimes the two clash which was a bit distracting to me). The link to tutorials for specific exercises were great though as was getting a pdf to get a sense of the workouts in addition to the follow-along videos. I would have both open so I knew what was coming, and I had Oonaghs "come on transformer, you can do it" when I started start getting tired towards the end. So my synthesis: Oonagh seems to be following her own advice -- there is no need to do anything perfectly, you should have to do your best and it will be good enough. And as I mentioned her whole team is there to help troubleshoot as needed

Genuinely one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself - you will not find a community more supportive, uplifting and motivating than this! I’m not remotely a chef but I enjoy the recipes, as does my husband. The workouts are top notch and varied, you can always find something that fits your day and your mood. I can’t recommend it enough.

This is it! I’ve done it all and these are the programs that will change your life and your health. Learn how to change your habits and look and feel great for the rest of your life. You don’t have to count macros. You don’t have to go to the gym. You just learn how to joyfully incorporate movement, portion control and nutrient dense food into your lifestyle. After that its about enjoying your life and your health with the best and most supportive community you could imagine! As a gym owner and health coach myself, I know coaches still need coaches to help keep them accountable, so I Hired Oonagh in early 2023 and have been involved since then.

The recipes are delicious and the workouts are short, effective and so much fun! The support from the team and the community ensures you get what you need throughout the program. The recipes are not simple and you will spend a lot of time food prepping and cooking. Also my grocery bill was on the high side. The program was time comsuming. On the plus side the website is organized well and the Oona is a nice person who gives clear instructions in the fitness video.
I thought overall the program itself is expensive.
