Healthy habits made simple :)
I have been a member of the MFA for nearly a year, and it has become a reliable tool in my wellness journey. I follow a mixed version of the meal plans and have completed the Strong AF program, and what really stands out to me is the flexibility offered. As a busy teacher and mom, the guidance fits into my lifestyle instead of forcing me to change everything at once.
I love having access to the app to track my workouts, data, and habits. It is easy to navigate, thoughtfully designed, and makes adopting small, healthy habits feel natural. I also appreciate how the membership provides access to the MFA tools while encouraging sustainable progress through small actions. I highly recommend joining.
Love this program
I started the program when I was 41 and am on my second year. Oonaugh teaches about habit building and I now have an exercise habit that I don’t even think about! Do you stop brushing your teeth just because you go on vacation? Likely not because it is a habit! You just do it without thinking about it and this is now what I do with exercise.
Four Years In and Still Loving It
I’ve been a member of this fitness community for over four years and it has been such a positive part of my life. The workout library is huge with so many great options, and I love that they also provide weekly meal plans and a fantastic recipe library.
I regularly follow the workouts and often join the live Zoom group sessions, which keep me motivated and connected. Oonagh, the founder, is incredible. Her energy and passion shine through in everything she does, and the support team is just as amazing.
Beyond the fitness and nutrition resources, this group has given me a wonderful sense of community, and I’ve made some truly great connections here. If you’re looking for effective workouts, practical meal support, and a supportive community, I can’t recommend this group enough!
Staying Consistent
I've been part of Fit for Good for going on 3 years. The program has helped me stay consistent with healthy eating and regular exercise. Everything is easy to use and easy to follow.

I'm 51 years old and happier in my body than I have ever been. I've been working out with Oonagh Duncan's programs for 3 years. I feel strong and happy in my body. Everything is accessible no matter your level of experience. The FB group is supportive and kind and the whole team working with Oonagh is responsive and helpful. Oonagh's focus is always on how you feel in your body, not on a scale measurement (unless that is what YOU want to focus on). I recommend this 100%. It has been worth every penny I have ever spent.
I am strong. I am capable. I feel great!
I joined the first Strong AF program in Jan 2025. As a post menopausal woman looking for an entry into lifting (quite heavy!) weights, it was ideal. I love to work out at home, it’s the only way I seem to fit consistent exercise into my life, early in the morning. The hand-holding offered by this program was just what I needed -a step-by-step guide for each move, a trainer waiting in the wings to answer any questions, a brilliant community of classmates. The day would start with the first European classmates posting their experience with today’s workout and then as each time zone comes online more and more photos and questions and experiences. I really loved that part, feeling such a part of the community. I wouldn’t necessarily have chosen to work out five days a week, but I committed to this for the first six weeks of the program. I felt and saw a difference within a couple of weeks. It’s not just what it does to your body, although that is great. It’s what it does to your mind, at a period in life where some things are starting to decline. No more, sister. I am Strong. I am capable. I feel great.
LOVE this program
I loved the SAF program so much that I joined the MFA immediately after. It's a great program with tons of support. SAF is tough at first, but stick with it abd you'll amaze yourself. Like anything in life, you get out of it what you out into it.
Easy and practical meal plan adapted to your lifestyle
I joined the MFAs in January 2024 and found the experience very practical for my busy work schedule. Meal preparation helped me achieve my goals with the added bonus of getting healthy habits that are not restrictive! This is a lifestyle not a diet and with a 4-hour commitment every Sunday, it save my life on being able to eat healthy! The added bonus: the NO bull**** approach…you commit, you gain but not weight…;) I lost 33 pounds gradually without trying much! Then came along StrongAF…that was fun! I am sold !!
Amazing program - you won’t be disappointed!
This is an amazing program to be a part of. I have been a member of MFA coming up 4 years and took part in the SAF weight program in January. The workouts and information are sensible and easy to follow. There is heaps of support throughout all aspects. I will never stop my membership. I love the way loyalty is acknowledged. It is amazing value for money and you see results. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Transformative!
I’ve been a member for 3 years and it has transformed my eating habits and fitness. I always ate pretty healthily but the recipes here are next level in terms of taste and nutrition. You do have to cook a lot on this program but they give you tons of tips and tricks for fitting it in. The workouts are fantastic and have changed me from a reluctant exerciser to a 5 times a week strength trainer! There is all the support you need along the way from the team and other members to make it work. Fabulous!
Fit really does feel good
I’ve so enjoyed being part of the Fit Feels Good program and community. It’s truly about changing habits and making them stick… but with a dose of real life because life is messy. The recipes are amazing and the workouts are great - you can do them at home or on the road

I love this program. It is the only thing I've tried for the past 14 years that has really stuck and I think that is because it is place where science meets reality meets humility meets encouragement meets humor. I love it. So grateful. I've done the 28 transformation, the Strong AF and the MFA. Even when I fall behind or don't do it for a bit, I don't have any "fell off the wagon" negative feelings because I know I can always slide back in and get after it. It doesn't feel all or nothing. It feels healthy and accessible and empowering.
Getting super strong in my own house!
I have been involved with Fit Feels Good for about 7 years now. First, doing the 28 day transformation and then as a part of the MFA for the past 3 years. This program is what keeps me grounded in my healthy habits. No matter what life throws at me or how I'm feeling, I know I have a place I can check in when I'm ready to be inspired! In January 2025 I participated in the Strong AF program. This program introduced me to lifting weights in a way that was encouraging and super motivating. I never thought I could get this strong in my own house without a gym or personal trainer. I highly recommend!!
Fit Feels Good is the best at-home…
Fit Feels Good is the best at-home workout experience I have ever had. For a fulltime working parent, it’s been the best program—so much support, great content, and a wonderful community. I’ve participated in both the MFA program and the newer STRONG AF program and both were very helpful. STRONG AF in particular has helped me feel strong and capable of taking on new challenges. I never was interested in weight training but now I love how much it has helped me reach my goals.

Cannot express how much I love the SAF program!
As someone who has never lifted weights, I was both excited and a little intimidated. I loved learning what to do, how to do and watching myself become stronger - it is so easy to see results because you just start lifting more and more and asking yourself… what else can I do???
I love the meals - they are on a regular rotation at our home!
Highly recommend and I am hopeful I have inspired both my partner and my teen to do it with me!
SAF is a great program.
I had a great time in the initial SAF program in January 2025. It was so motivating and had me moving muscles I didn’t know I had! It was a great all-around program with workouts, support and nutrition plans. It kept me on track and looking forward to the next day for the whole 6 week course.
Stronger at any age
One of the things we seniors hear is how we have to stay strong to age well. Strong AF gave me an adaptable exercise plan to build strength! It was do-able with great support. I wasn’t lifting as heavy as the younger members; I was able to continuously improve and get stronger!
Fun, challenging, and super supportive
This is the first program in years that I’ve been able to stick with. The recipes are super good and easy to make; the workouts are fun and challenging with lots of variety; and the community is fantastic. I’m so thankful for this resource and recommend it to anyone! No gimmicks and no upsells, but the support and encouragement you need to do the work and stay consistent.
Great life changing program
I have been involved in the Fit Feels Good program for three years and love it. A variety of workouts are offered by a great collection of trainers. Since I travel a lot, the program has been invaluable as I can watch a video anytime and just have to bring an exercise band. The exercise workouts are my favorite part of the program. Recipes are also included, plant based and meat/fish. So a lot of variety. An emphasis also is put on having a community of like minded supportive people, all on a journey to healthy living. And what ties the whole program together is learning a healthy mindset wrt fitness- helping you establish an identity of someone who eats healthy, exercises, and has healthy habits.
The program that has it all!
I never liked cooking until I joined the FFG programs. I love the recipes - they are simple to prepare yet taste restaurant quality. I love how this program does all the thinking for you. All you have to do is follow the directions. Each month is a new habit to focus on that all lead to big changes. And - the workout programs have something for everyone.
