Hi.. I just wanted you to know what a wonderful experience I had ordering my dress. I was worried about the negative feed back that was online. I received my dress today! It was due to be here no later than April 28, 2014. I was surprised that it arrived so quickly! The dress is amazing. I was thrilled that fishinthesky was able to make the minor adjustments that I needed to my dress. Although, the only issue that I did have... they had sewed a bright orange company tag, with some two strand twisted rope, into a seam on the dress. There is NO way to remove it without possibly cutting a seam. But other than that, the dress was fabulous, fit great, and was exactly what I wanted!

This prom dress is so pretty! My daughter got it today and it fits perfect. Shipping was fast and a week early. Thanks so much I will shopp here again.

The whole process from beginning to end was very good. The pricing was great and the order input was easy to do. Processing might have taken a while but it was worth it for the quality dress I received

The dress was shipped on time, I received it before I even expected, the customer service was very polite and kept me up to date, and the dress fits perfectly and is beautiful! If anything, it is even prettier than the picture provided. I am beyond pleased. You could not get a dress of this high quality anywhere else for such a great price.

Beautiful dress and Bolero jacket. She may order another bolero jacket in white. Although we were nervous about the dress not getting here on time, it was worth the wait. Just a few adjustments and she will be transformed into the 'prom princess'.

I ordered my daughters dress in February and had to contact them twice before I got it shipped to me. It was promised it on one date and then I was told that it might not be here on that date. Per there web site it took longer than the promised time to complete my order. If they had gotten my order to me without me having to contact them I would have been very satisfied. The dress is amazing. I was just a little disappointed about how long it took to get it.

The dress was well made and pretty close to the picture. The colour was slightly lighter than I was hoping (ordered a grape ), but other than that good. Would order again! =)

after giving the company my specified measurements they requested, the dress arrived too small, now its too late to make any specific changes; spent a lot of money for the dress to be worn at my son's wedding, and now I will have to make efforts to work with what is, truly disappointed to say the least...

I loved the quality of the merchandise I purchased but the only drawback was my $20.00 coupon was not taken off my order when I gave my review.

Fishinthesky responded quickly to every email that I sent. They were always cheerful, helpful and patient with me while we figured out the best place to have the gown shipped since I live on a military instillation and don't have an actual street address. Consequently, we ended up sending it to my father in law's house- I'll get to actually see the dress in about two weeks but I am VERY excited. After I ordered the gown I waited two weeks and then thought I would send an inquiry to check the progress of the order. Before I could send the email my father in law called to tell me it had arrived at his house that day! Simply amazing!! I would recommend fishinthesky to anyone looking for a beautiful custom gown.

Thank you Fishinthesky for the dress order! I could not wish for a better service and already told all my friends about how impressed I am with their service team! On October 26 I ordered two dresses with the rush order for the upcoming wedding of my son which were supposed to come on or before November 9th. I got the dresses on October 30! They were ordered with custom sizes and they fit perfectly on my girls. It is amazing how quickly the Fishinthesky people could make the custom-size ordered things!! Thanks again and I already placed another order from them. Hope it will be as impressive as the first one.

First off after I ordered the level of patient & timely customer service I received was amazing! They answered every question I had, no matter how ridiculous or picky, very quickly. Right from the start I knew I was going to order from their website again just because of their exceptional customer service.
Secondly when I received the dress by UPS, I was shocked that it had arrived so quickly. But the DRESS!!!! It was the most stunning thing I had ever seen! The quality of the fabric! The colors! The detail! I was, and continue to be, WOWED by this dress. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! I can hardly wait to order again!!

We ordered dresses for my daughter and niece, size 2 and 4 US. The dresses arrived in perfect condition. The tailoring on the dresses was absolutely beautiful and we loved the dresses!! The only problem was sizing. I had measured both girls by the sizing chart on the website. Both dresses were too small - my niece who measured to the size 2 was a squeeze for the size 4.
However, I contacted the company, via live-chat, and they were extremely helpful with the process for returns and prompt in replying to my questions.
I would recommend them for beautiful dresses - only allow time as they are made to order.

I ordered a wedding dress for my daughter-in-law to be. The dress was packed carefully and when I took it out of the packaging it was hardly wrinkled at all. I couldn't get over how beautiful the dress was. Its just breathtaking! I am now glad that I had ordered from this website.

My wife ordered a dress and provided her measurements, ordering the dress 2 sizes larger than her known size. The dress arrived 2 sizes smaller than her true size and there was no label or sizing on the dress and no packing slip or invoice to indicate this. We tried to get an exchange via their horrible customer service dept and we kept gettign the runaround and all kinds of delay tactics. Can you believe they asked us to provide "evidence" that the dress didn't fit by having my wife squeeze into it the best she could and then take pictures to send to them instead of just exchanging the product like any reputable website would. My wife would not humiliate herself that way and the company refuses to exchange the product or provide a refund. They told her to take it to a professional tailor and "Have a nice time". How incredibly rude. The dress is cheap and very poorly made, not like the picture on their website and I suspect it is a knockoff forgery. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. We would have used American Express to buy this as the site shows the icon for this card but they really do not accept Amex cards, probably because Amex likely shut them off due to countless customer complaints. Avoid this site if you value your hard earned money because you will get ripped off by Fishinthesky.com. They should be renamed Rottenfishinthegarbage.com A bunch of crooks who should be shut down for good.

First i must say "thank you" for a job well done. I am overwelm and satify with my orders that was placed.

3. The dresses were exactly what i saw and ordered.

I ordered a wedding dress and the bottom was breath taking, BUT the top of the dress was nothing like the picture and so cheaply done that I am to embarrassed to wear it as my wedding dress, In other words I LOST my 300.00 dollars.
