Excellent customer service.
Customer customer service has always been a staple of fishing booker.
Through the years, the fb family has helped me grow my business a tremendous amount. Many of my loyal customers now, came as a result of the fb platform.
I can't recommend fb enough, and I do so to any captain that is new to the business, many if not all also use fb.
Do not hesitate to contact fb for your advertising needs, they will not disappoint.

Great customer service
Our vacation was cancelled due to strike in the airport.
When we cancelled our booking with Fishingbooker.com they reached out to us about the deposit which we though was lost.
We send a couple of screenshots from the cancelled flight and got the deposit back swiftly.
Great way to run a business - will use them another time if possible,

No one contacted us
No one contacted us about location and then next morning boat was no running for mechanical issues. Owner said he get us on another boat and call me back in 15-20 minutes. I called him twice after 40 minutes and no answer. Do not use this service.
