Product good, was sold some tubs past best before which doesn’t make a big difference just quality goes down and was no warned of this, after I mentioned this to the team they changed the price of the tubs I bought and offered me free tubs, a refund would’ve been better in this case for me

Customers means nothing to this company
i spent £60 to buy 20 cans of nicotine pouches, they arrived very fast but only 3 cans were in date. 17 cans were out of date some of which were out of date for more than a year. I tried return the product for an exchange or refund, they simply refused. I wish i had paid via a credit card. I reported the company to trading standards and waiting from citizen advise to see what more I can do to either get a refund or stop this company from selling expired goods. After trying one of the expired cans, I developed this sever headache and ended up in A&E. The hospital had to give me Codine Tablets 30mg to help me with my pain. I have been taking nicotine pouches for over 2 years and never ever have experienced such a sever side affect. Once I can proof that my suffering was due to the expired pouches than I can speak with my lawyer to take this further.
When I placed my order there was no mention of items being out of date, otherwise I would not have placed my order. After I contacted the company, after few days the website was updated that some items may be out of date.
There are many websites that sells products for the same price and their products are always fresh. Avoid this company at all cost.

Regarding your order, you purchased 17 products from our clearance section. Each product's price was reduced to under cost price. Our clearance section clearly states...
"Please note, there are many reasons why products may appear in our Clearance Sale!
Special product deals
'Close or past expiry date'
Discounted during certain period of time
Large stock holding"
Alternatively, each product you ordered is stated in the product description...
"PLEASE NOTE THIS PRODUCT HAS PASSED ITS SHELF EXPIRY DATE. - They are safe to use, the effect of nicotine may be a little less."
It is completely legal to sell products past their 'Best Before' date as this has a different meaning to 'Use By' dates which would be illegal.
We had no previous conversation regarding you ending up in A&E due to the Nicotine Pouches.
We are very sorry to hear you believe one of the Nicotine Pouches you ordered made you suffer a severe headache and ended up in A&E. If this is the case, please urgently email us info@firstlinepods.co.uk, We need to forward all your A&E information to all manufactures to let them know so further methods can be put in place.
Response to your updated review: All the products you purchased mentioned clearly in the product description, they were also in our clearance section which states they are potentially past the Best Before date. We did not update our website after you contacted us, the information was already there.
There is not a single website which sells the products at £1-2.5 per can as this is under the cost price of the product.
