Very Professional Service
First Charter does everything within their power to make every trip happen. If one location cannot accommodate, they will do everything possible to make sure another location can service you needs.

Great, but do better in assisting your drivers with directions!
It was good, but your company is not helping your drivers with directions. The directions our driver had were correct, but I had to do some critical thinking to assist the driver to avoid the Merritt, as that is not permitted for commercial buses. As a staff, I have my own pressures and problems with the activity occurring with my students, and the last thing I need is pressure on how to get where I'm going when I hired the Bus company to do that. There's too much technology to not get that right! I did it in 10 minutes with a thousand other things going on. But the driver and bus were excellent.
