Brian our driver was on time/early, patient and very kind- we would love to have him as our bus driver again in the future! The booking process was easy and everyone I communicated with was very helpful-this was my first time setting up a field trip for a large group of young children and FirstCharter definitely made the transportation part of it a breeze!

Our bus drivers were great! They were exactly on time, very friendly with facilitators and the girls, and flexible when one of our tours went over time. We appreciate all their hard work!

Two of the buses arrived for pick up 20-30 minutes later than the time listed on the contract. When leaving the venue, the drivers on several buses were hostile and rude towards the young women coordinating this event, and did not express concern for minor guests being left behind at the venue, which was an hour away from our pick-up location.

There was a lot of back and forth to try and get the reservation times corrected, and one person had not updated it and sent over a new quote as she had stated she would. The following day I did get some assistance and follow through, the day of event was great-driver was super nice, only downfall was the bus breaking down.

Good communication

The bus was on early. It was clean. The driver was nice and friendly. The lot that where we thought we could park at our destination was closed, but the driver came up with a good solution. We were at a very busy, crowded, and hard to reach location, but he got us off the bus safely and picked us up in the same location afterwards even though the traffic was terrible. This is our second time renting a bus and it was great!
