Great first experience
Our driver arrived a little bit earlier than expected which was fantastic. Overall we had a smooth ride to and from our destination. At no point did we ever feel unsafe in the bus. Everybody had a great time. I’d highly recommend first student charter for anyone’s larger transport needs.
Not only that but the customer service at the main phone line is top notch. They were extremely professional, friendly and courteous. My destination required a certificate of liability insurance and first student was able to provide this information within 2 business days

Generally Good!
Service was great, no issues once buses arrived on our wedding day in the Catskills. We were a special circumstance in that our wedding was postponed over two years on four different dates, so lots of back and forth with about a dozen representatives with First Charter. The only real hiccup was on the day of our wedding, they called the wrong day of contact (old info that was updated on our contract but not for their coordinator and/or buses) who told them to cancel the buses for the day... Then they called the right day of contact and got it straightened out, but was a moment of crisis. Would recommend First Charter to others, but did have that moment of stress!
