The Best Driver Ever: Cat!
This review is specifically for our driver Cat. We've had very good experiences with First Charter in the past, and this time was no exception — but only because of Cat! Apparently, due some paperwork snafu, though we received a trip confirmation, no one had been scheduled to actually drive the group home from our destination on 11/13/22. Cat figured this out on her own, and took it upon herself to come out and make sure the kids got home. She's a keeper! I tried to tip her and she was adamant that we should instead spend it on the kids. Every business is only as good as its people, and First Charter is really good because of employees like Cat. Well done.

The driver was very nice
The driver was very nice. There was no AC on the bus during a very hot day however. Also no music/radio during our rides

Very unhappy
The bus I paid to make round trips did not come back for my Bridal party, the numbers I was given to call did not work and no one answered after calling many times. I was an hour and a half late to my own wedding because we had to order Uber’s for 19 people because we were stranded at the hotel. I am not satisfied at all.

I called months ago to cancel this and the bus still showed up and was charged fully and my guests Mistakenly got on this bus and it was filthy

Our driver Tom was amazing
Our driver Tom was amazing. He was on time, friendly, and a great driver. With all the craziness going on right now with the coronavirus He had hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes to make sure things were as safe as can be. Thank you!
