Horrible experience left us hanging out in the cold adults and children waiting for more than 2 hours and the bus driver never showed up. Horrible communication with driver. I had to rent a last minute bus to take us back. Never again!

This was the first time we used this bus company. It was a very positive experience. Bus was clean and on time.

The bus took too longer time to get destination.
The bus is not comfortable for long trip.
but the driver was OK

We had a very pleasant experience with the First Student Bus on our field trip! The driver was extremely friendly and very punctual. I highly recommend this company!

We had two recent bus rentals on days that were back to back. Our first day's rental went very smoothly and we were very happy with our service and driver. Our second day's rental (different driver) did not go smoothly as our bus arrived 50 minutes late and the driver appeared to have difficulty navigating the trip. As I was calling the day-of contact phone number to report that our bus was late, I received a short text from the driver stating that the bus would be late but unfortunately the ETA was not an actual time and I had difficulty with any further communication via text. I was able to get some answers and updates from the operator via phone, but it took a series of multiple back and forth phone calls. Everyone I spoke with over the phone (from booking to day-of service) was very helpful, but unfortunately the difficulties with our driver on our second rental day was a big issue for us.

However one of your buses was 20 minutes late for pickup from Harms Woods and the parents had to wait 20 min for some of their boys.

The driver was on time, followed the itinerary perfectly and drove safely. The only piece of feedback would be that we had to wait about half an hour in the bus and he shut off the AC. It was a hot day and we ended up ending our trip early and waiting outside the bus.

Good work. Flexible!

Every step of the experience with Student First was handled with professional, polite and efficient care. Nicole went out of her way to provide service for my students to attend an important event. Both drivers showed a demeanor of concern for the welfare of our group. The buses arrived on time, were clean, and put safety first.

The buses showed up on time and got us to and from our location with no problems. We are looking forward to working with them on our next trip.

Our driver, Eric, was on time and drove well throughout the day. We had several stops and he was always where/when we needed him to be.
