Above and Beyond
This company goes above and beyond with customer services. When we first scheduled with the company they were very helpful and descriptive so getting details for the trip was easy. Directions and procedures were clear and simple, the price was affordable. We had to reschedule due to power outages and school being canceled. However, the company was super helpful and made it work! On the day of the trip, I was beyond impressed with the bus driver, she was clear and direct with the students to support all needs. She went above and beyond with safety, following laws, and communicating with the school staff. I wish I got the bus driver's name, she deserves a raise!! I am so impressed with all the customer service in every aspect of the process. What a great experience! Thank you so much. We will definitely be working with this company in the future and recommending them to other schools in the area.

"I would give the first half of our trip 1 star because of the (30) delay in pick-up, stop for gas, and the driver not having his cell phone in a holder, consequently he had it in his hand and was looking down at it, while trying to drive. We (a parent chaperone and I) told him we would tell him what exits to take, etc.
The second driver rated 4 stars. He was 45 minutes early, so we were able to leave camp ahead of schedule. He had his cell phone in a holder and did not need any help from me navigating the entire trip.
Neither driver instructed us on how to open the emergency doors or where the brake was."
