Excellent service! On-time pick-up and drop-off — everything went super smoothly from start to finish. Huge thanks to our 8 amazing bus drivers for making the day run perfectly!

The bus was clean. Some seats were a little too close so tall adults had no legroom. Driver was early, which was great; we loaded and left ahead of schedule. Driver was very nice, yet professional. Our drive to and from our destination was safe and steady! I would use them again next year!

This whole experience was extremely smooth and easy. I scheduled a bus to take our youth program to 6 flags. The communication to rent a bus was easy and super helpful. Responses were quick! The bus arrived right on time, our bus driver Martha was the best! The bus was clean and our kids enjoyed the right. Martha had great communication as well. When we were ready to leave, I was able to shoot her a text and she was right there. We left on time, and the ride to and back from 6 flags was smooth. I really appreciated this. Will be calling for any bus rentals in the future!

Ariel Davis was our KIDS for the BAY field trip coordinator and she was extremely helpful and efficient. She responded to emails right away and consistently followed up with the bus yards if too much time had passed. She was professional and kind. We had so many trips to plan and she helped with all of them. I am so thankful for all of her help. Thank you Ariel!

We used First Charter as transportation for our sorority formal, and we could not recommend more! They were friendly, professional, and very safe drivers. The customer service leading up to the trip was amazing, and we will definitely book them again - definitely recommend!!

Petty horrible experience. Driver got lost many times and didn’t know how to use Google Maps. Driver didn’t make correct stops. Would not use this service again.

I have call over 5 times and still have not received an Invoice receipt for payment of $1,194.92

Everything was great. The drivers arrived early, communicated with me, and the buses were clean. The two drivers, Shay and Daisy, kept us abreast of traffic issues so I was able let the location know that we were going to arrive a little late. They were also both really friendly to all of my summer program children and staff.

we were supposed to have (2) trips for each of the (2) busses. First trip at 10pm but drivers arrived around 8pm. Driver 1 left around 10pm but notified Driver 2 that he would not be returning, as we were running out of time. Drivers were unaware of the requested and approved scope of work. All guests had to cram on to 2 busses instead of 4 total busses.

Impossible to communicate with such a large faceless company. Would not hire again.

The driver was very kind and very prompt. She also went above her duties as a driver. One of the nurses forgot her phone on the bus. When I contacted the bus company, the driver went out of her way to deliver the phone to the school site! Excellent customer service!!!

Requested the seatbelts bus but the bus came without seatbelts. The driver had to changed another bus and our field trip ended it up delayed for an hour.

The driver is really nice. We had a great fun.
