Hired First Charter to provide shuttles for our wedding. They were slightly delayed in picking up guests from the hotel however this was due to fairly significant traffic that day, and they still got all the guests to the wedding prior to the start of the ceremony. They were on time at the end of the night. Staff were friendly and they were very easy to communicate with prior to our event. Would definitely consider using this company again in the future!

Bus driver didn't speak English. He went to the wrong drop off location. Was 30 minutes late to picking us up from our location and when I called his phone number, he did not pick up. I had to go to another bus driver at our location and ask them to radio him.

The bus arrived on time and was spotless. The driver stopped the bus in the parking lot and then did not open the bus until 5 minutes before departure (and at the insistence of the renting organizer's request.) People were left waiting outside the bus for approximately 10 minutes.
