the person I talked to on the phone to order the bus was very helpful and nice. she did a good job helping me get a bus for the event for the city of St. Paul parks Duluth and Case.
Bus driver did a great job connecting to pick up our party at the Union Depot. She came back early as requested to pick them up. Much appreciated!

Amazing customer service
Booking the rental was nice and easy. We had to change the time on the bus and the customer service was incredible at making sure changes were accurate. The day of trip went smoothly. Great communication with staff. Very successful trip. Highly satisfied.

It was three stars because the driver was great the absence of the two
Stars is because I have asked and planned on this business venture with first student charters back in october. Ariel the representative was great. The problem was the communication withen your company. I arrived at Oakdale bus lot and bee the representative i spoke with seemed dumbfounded by my showing up for the tour requested back in October. Bee had to verify by making a call and found out more about my reservation. She had found a driver who was a good driver and nice and accommodating named axis I believe; howeved, it took 15 minutes past our appointed time before my company and I took off for our light tour, axis was professional and tried to get us to our stops along our light tour journey but first student did not pre give our trip schedule to him before so I gave him one. He had to pull over each stop to input the information for our next stop. We finished 95 % of our trip I decided to let the driver know we had to end trip. The hour was later than anticipated the driver axis done the best he could with the information I have given him versus the tour information first student charters should have supplied him. I would use you all again. I believe in second chances.

Bus drivers were very good! Their communication was consistent and very helpful with getting our group to and from our destination. Very accommodating to our situations and what we needed.
