I really appreciated the bus driver. I felt that I could be sure that he was going to be where he said he was going to be when he said he was going to be there.

Excellent service! Our driver was great, the dispatch office was pleasant and helpful, and we had a safe trip, enjoyable trip with our group. Thank you!

Great phone staff, some issues with driver
The people that helped us over the phone were great and very easy to work with. The actual bus driver and day of services had some issues. First of all, the driver was quite late with her second pick-up. We tried to call her multiple times to see where she was once she was late for the pick-up, and she did not pick up the phone. Once she came, she did not offer any explanation for being late. This made it so my wedding guests were late for the wedding.

Excellent safe driving
Excellent safe driving. The driver scouted the route beforehand, and knew where to go. She was professional, courteous and on time. I will definitely use First Student for my events in the future.

Our bus driver was spectacular
Our bus driver was spectacular! He shuttled our students back and forth for rehearsals and knew how to pivot along with changes without error. Thank you!

Amazing service! The buses were clean and in great condition. The service we received from the bus drivers was above and beyond. Super friendly and easy to communicate with. We definitely will be using their services for future events! Thank you so much!
