The bus was on time. The driver knew where we were going. The bus stayed close by while we were in the museum so we could put lunch bags inside and go back in the museum. The driver was friendly.

Amazing Driver! Stressful Booking...
Our driver was amazing- he was on time, a great and safe driver, and was very friendly. Booking, however, was a bit stressful and we got confirmation a bit late.

Oakland High School with Katherine hosting.
Hi, Katherine was a great host on our trip with the school orchestra yesterday, 3/26/22.
She's an excellent driver and it was a smooth experience for me as the lead teacher and conductor of the ensemble.
I'm sure all your drivers are pros, but we want Katherine again for our next trip!

Best bus driver!
Carlos was awesome. He was so great with the kids and was really helpful when we needed to load luggage on to the bus. He also made sure to give us his contact for pick up and was very communicative. I also appreciated that on the way back he made sure we had a bus with storage below for student luggage on the way back to school!

Ms. Jasmine was an awesome and friendly driver!
Some information on our initial contract were incorrect (spelling of my name; contact phone number on the front page) but corrections were made. Jay was always very helpful on the phone.

First Student Provides Access to SF Bay Shoreline!
First Student has put up with many calls from me. Save The Bay is a non-profit that pays for specific schools to participate on field trips with us to the SF Bay shoreline. The folks at First Student have done a great job coordinating with teachers and me. Thanks for providing buses to undeserved students around The Bay!
