Not sure what location was used but it was great having a bus and not worrying about how friends and family would get to the hotel sagely. The driver was very nice and friendly

Our experience was great. Our bus driver made the day go so smoothly and I seriously cannot thank her enough for her kindness and great service!

The driver was late stating she was stuck in her drive way at home.

We rented a full size school bus for a stag party. The driver was outstanding and the experience was unique and memorable.

The driver was fantastic, no problems there at all. The only thing I had an issue with is trying to get someone on the phone in a timely matter. I had to wait for at least 5 minutes on hold each time I called and then they would call you back. That's fine if I was called back or even on the same day.

The teacher who was in charge of the field trip had nothing but praise for the driver. She was very pleased and everything went very smoothly.

First Charter bus rental experience had several parts some good, one not so good:
- the bus showed up on time, the driver was very courteous and very responsive to waiting and to where to stop
- the invoice and payment process was difficult for us because we had lost our accountant a short while before the rental was planned; then when we received instructions as to how the check should be scanned and scan transmitted, we did not have staff who were familiar with following the processing instructions properly; However we did process the check and sent it out on the 5th day prior to the use of the bus; and when a scan and check # were transmitted to AR in Chicago, we got back a very reassuring note from a First Charter AR staff person. Top marks to that person whose email signed with her name made it possible to proceed, confident the bus would show up.
- the reason for not giving First Charter 5 stars was the way the telephone communication works. It is possible to be understanding about the short staffing in the face of an overwhelming increase in requests for rentals, Nonetheless the interminable waits were excruciating for many details of contract amendments and other details of the rental and (after pressing 2 in order to be called back) the call backs came at inconvenient times when I was on other calls or in zoom meetings.

I’ve used first student on more than one occasion for field trips for high school students. Getting the field trip set up was not a hassle at all. They have great customer service and respond to emails in a timely manner. The bus drivers have always been very professional and very personable. I will continue to use them again in the future.

Kevin was friendly, took some great shortcuts to avoid traffic, and was an overall great driver for the day.
