First charter was very accommodating in all the last minute changes up until the day of. They were responsive friendly attentive, and safe. All things we hoped for on our wedding day! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Went as we hoped for our wedding guests

For the most part the experience was good. However, we asked the bus to wait for us for 10 mins as we were putting things in our car and the busses left without us.

We were the parents of the bride and paid for shuttle services and we missed the ride back to hotel.

Super nice, on time and clean!

We had a fantastic day. The bus driver was very kind and flexible. The only feedback I'd give is that I think it would be helpful for the drivers to have a GPS system. Charlene was using map quest print outs so we had to help her quite a bit with directions. It was not a big deal at all, but I think for safety purposes moving forward the drivers should have gps!

Our Driver Alexia was great! We all were impressed with her time management with the driving.

We used First Charter for a wedding. I was not in the bus but our guests said it was very comfortable and convenient. They said the driver Denise was very helpful and Jew the route well.

Can’t complain about a single thing. Everything went smoothly and exactly as planned - would highly recommend.

We used First Student as a shuttle service for our guests to take to and from the hotel to wedding venue. The customer service leading up to the event was phenomenal. I had a great experience setting everything up and felt like we were in good hands. However, I was told that from the very beginning, our driver had a poor attitude - gave dirty looks and was snippy. I understand that wedding guests can be rowdy, and I can’t blame her for being annoyed on the way home. But for the first trip there? It’s a real bummer that our guests felt the driver was in a bad mood from the start. Additionally, I wish we would have gotten an invoice or some kind of notice as to why we got two additional charges. I completely understand they were necessary, as we had a guest make a mess. But we were never made aware of this - simply had our card charged again and again. Overall, I was happy with our customer service, but I’d probably encourage others to look at all of their options before booking.

We booked a school bus for transportation for both our guests and bridal party for our wedding and were very pleased with the service. All pickup times were prompt and our driver was very kind and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend for any future brides and grooms looking for affordable all-day transportation!
