I know FireVPS more than 4 years. They done very well job indeed. Recently i purchased their 4GB Remote Desktop plan and its good. They have very strong support system for their product and services. If they start to sell residential IPs then they will be the best of this category. Hope they add this as soon as possible.

I am with Firevps for a long time and since then their Team is just awesome. They provide height level of support every time i knock them. They are the best.

This is my 3rd server with FireVPS and they are working smoothly. Price also affordable. Their support team not only fixed my issues they also suggest me what will better for me.

This my fisrt service with FireVPS and it was a nice experience. Server uptime is decent and it’s take load even pick hour. Support also helpful but its little bit time to take provision but it’s ok.

the rdp you gave me was not able to send out mails. smtps were all blocked. i had to get another rdp from another place and all those smtps worked

I paid $60.98 USD via BTC to Firevps, an Internet company based in Bangladesh. I paid for Japan RDP. Firevps.net processes their payments via payssion.com, a payment gateway based in Hong Kong. At checkout, I was taken to Payssion gateway where I paid the $60.98 USD BTC.

And then, for some reason, Payssion gateway cancelled my invoice. I was given a 23-minute window to send the BTC which I did. In fact, I paid extra sending fee. I chose the "fast Network fee option" via my Crypto wallet. I chose that option because like I said, Payssion only had a 23-minute window.

I already paid the invoice, but firevps "Client Area" of the dashboard still says that my invoice is unpaid. In fact, they sent an "unpaid invoice" reminder to my email. Apparently, they want another $60.98. I have been messaging back and forth with Firevps, but no luck yet. I was told to contact Payssion gateway myself, which I did. It's been 48 hours, and I haven't heard from Payssion. Why did you have to send me on wild goose chase? They are your payment processor, you have a contract with them I suppose. You should be in contact with them.

My payment was successful, nothing was cancelled. Firevps is only trying to be clever by half. It took longer than 24 hours before Firevps could respond to my several messages.

They only replied because I reported them here.

I wasn't even given the option to pay via a credit card. They had a bunch of payment options I haven't heard about. For the record, I paid them on the Bitcoin window pop-up on their website.

Their website redirects users to Payssion gateway. Payssion itself is phony, I'm sure I'm not the only one they have scammed. I paid you via Bitcoin network and I have all the proof.

I have all the proofs of my communications back and forth with Firevps. They are dodgy, evasive, it takes forever to get a response from them. I have told them to either refund my money or deliver my RDP.

I won't let go of this. I'm damn sure they are out there scamming others. I'm putting this out to save others from being scammed.

I’ve been using their service for a long time, and it’s been excellent. What really sets them apart is the support—it’s responsive and knowledgeable. Definitely worth trying.

The rdp doesn't host every US sites most of my bank account doesn't allow me to login and I sometimes have problems logging
