I originally wanted to buy the WDC US Cloud VPS #3, but it was out of stock. I settled for the #1 plan instead, but it didn't meet my needs. When I contacted support to request an SSD upgrade, they refused. I then suggested canceling the service and receiving the refund as store credit so I could pay the difference for a better plan, and they refused that as well.

Essentially, their policy is: if the product doesn't work for you, "too bad." No refunds, no way to pay the difference for an upgrade, and zero solutions. If you need a provider that supports your project's growth, look elsewhere.

Fraud service

They have Great support, great services , I have been using my VPS for a while from India , and this seems to be very fast, no downtime or even hiccups so far , and the server is very value for money. Highly recommend

Been using them for a few months now and can't speak highly enough of them. I've ordered a dedicated server and it's been great. When a drive failed I opened a ticket and not even an hour later got a response that they're replacing the drive asap and a few hours later I was back up with a fresh drive. Amazing service.

Stay away from this provider.
The service (5 servers) was sold to me as “1Gbps Unmetered BW”, but it was suspended with the reason “excessive traffic consumption.”
When I opened a ticket and asked how this was possible, they referred me to their Terms of Service — where, once again, they very vaguely claim that you are supposedly not allowed to continuously use the full bandwidth you paid for.
What makes this even worse is that there was not a single link or reference to their Terms of Service in the order confirmation or during checkout. No bandwidth restrictions, no fair-use limits, no warnings of any kind were disclosed at the time of purchase.
This raises a simple question: why do they sell it as “unmetered” at all?
In my opinion, this is pure marketing deception.
Now I know to avoid Indian hosting providers altogether.
If anyone is considering a class action lawsuit against them, I would join.

Bought a dedi for my friends birthday proceeded to ask to transfer it they rejected the transfer terrible company AVOID! Imagine trying to gift your friend something and they say "We can't" So his money is no good!?

Love it. Purchased a VPS that costed me about 43 euros incl. tax per year for 16GB RAM, 200GB SSD & 8 core CPU & a really good amount of bandwidth. Performance is good too. So overall, I got this crazy spec VPS for just about 3.6 euros a month. This is the cheapest of what any provider has ever provided.

The service of hostdzire is very good, the performance of cloud vps is very good, and the reply speed of work order support is also very fast.

It's terrible! He will run away sooner or later!🤦‍♂️

I have been using their Indian server for a month now, and it has been running smoothly with excellent performance and great value for money. Their support tickets are responded to promptly, and their customer service is very friendly. The only downside is that they do not yet offer IPv6, but overall, it is still a great service, and I highly recommend them.

I was lucky enough to snatch a VPS with a 16-core configuration! There was a small hiccup during the process—my PayPal payment didn’t go through properly and showed as unpaid. I reached out to customer support, and to my surprise, HostDZire responded almost instantly. They promptly verified everything and activated my machine right away. Considering how intense and competitive last night’s flash sale was, their incredibly fast and efficient support truly blew me away. Top-notch experience!

High-quality VPS with great value: top-tier service, powerful specs at affordable prices. A smart choice!

I am overall satisfied with their service. However I faced some sudden downtimes with their VPS so I am just removing one star only for that cause.

Customer support is quick as well.

I had a subscription for 1 month, everything was fine. The last week i canceled my subscription and 4 months later i'm still in discussion with hostdire why they are still reducting money from my bank account every month.

There's no subscription and they are putting everything in my shoes.

This website is not legit and can cause you to lose a lot of money!

Why have you given us 1 star ?
I mean i have given you proof already.
Its clearly your fault, you keep blaming us that payment is not deducted using paypal but card.
You were not even able to find payment in your paypal,
Now i gave you proof that payment came through paypal subscription and you have given 1 star ?
I was prepared to issue refund for your last payment but, this is not very good behaviour from your side.
Now wont help you in this case, contact paypal and recover your money

Hostdzire claims it's paid via a paypal subscription, but after contacting paypal, they informed me that no payments have been done via my paypal account, they inquired about the paypal payment references, but when i asked it in support, my account is terminated and banned.

Second of all, if someone asks to terminate the subscription in month 1/4. You'd expect it to be terminated inmediately. Instead i've been paying for multiple months without my subscription being stopped. But instead i need to come back every month to ask it again, as the support didn't cancel my subscription

Third of all, your links you posted include sensitive information like my email address. I do not condone you guys to spread my email address and other personal information without my approval...

rude behave and they don't care about their potential customers :(
