Firebrand Promotions Anmeldelser

Helpful, friendly and responsive from the outset. Order was handled really well. Thank you to the team for everything.

My experience with Firebrand Promotions has been nothing but positive. From my first introductory call, through to receiving our order, every step of the way everyone I came in to contact with has been friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful

Very attentive, and always reaching out to inform of new products.

Received exceptional top quality service from this company from start to finish!
Highly recommended!

Without a doubt the most efficient and polite service with no issues at all. Having used Firebrand for over 5 years now they never disappoint.

Great products. Fantastic team. Amazing "green" initiative.

We received fantastic customer service from Fire Brand Promotions, from the initial enquiry through to the production and delivery of the product. We're really happy with the overall quality of the product and can't wait for our customers to receive them!

The team at Firebrand are so helpful, friendly, and you're never waiting for a response. The customer service is exceptional. All round 10/10 experience with them!

Always deliver on time, fast reliable and friendly service

Hannah was very helpful and quickly processed our order to meet our deadline. Great quality merc.

A bit disappointed prices had gone up, but efficient service!

Firebrand is a terrific partner. My company has worked with them for many, many years and the quality of the products, responsiveness and service have always been top notch. Highly recommend!

Have worked with Firebrand for 3 years now as our corporate supplier. They have always been very accommodating, quick turnarounds and great range and quality of products.

I have purchased orders via Firebrand Promotions about half a dozen times this year, I find their products to be of good quality, the service given is excellent and with helpful staff. They have most of our branded goods in stock, and if not these are created to a special order and turned round within a week or two.

Firebrand provided exceptional levels of service when I was tasked with sourcing a new range of corporate merchandise.

Both Mollie and Paul helped navigate the myriad of options available with efficiency while being very understanding (and patient!) as we went through the process of testing samples and finalising products.

The quality of the products and the service Firebrand provided was and is, second to none and are now our "go to" for all promotional business items.

This has been the best purchasing experience of my 15 year professional career. Clear communication, transparent pricing and - most importantly - dealing with people who are genuinely there to help. I contacted Firebrand Promotions as small company from Ireland during the chaos of post-Brexit, but the people there were keen to explore various logistics options and propose what would have the least import tax implications.

The products that we ordered were of very good quality, and the back and forth with the design team while trying to settle on the final mockups were a total breeze.

Would not look elsewhere for my next order, the people at Firebrand Promotions have certainly earned my loyalty.

Top service and communication as always from Simon Cave and his team

We did recent business with Firebrand Promotions for a promotional item and they were able to support us from the choice to the conception and of course delivery. We are really please with the result and happy that they were able to provide an item that is in line with our high standard ecological values not only by itself but also in the packaging. We got an ecological item that feel real quality and look great for a fair price and way faster than expected, what else can we ask.

Quick response to questions. Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Great badges!

Simon Cave as always is an absolute star! Very helpful with brilliant communication.
