Finviz UI just gets worse with each update.
The "compare" tool now auto assumes you want all the preselected peers and now restricts you to 1y,3y,5y,10y- and also when you want the monthly performance table, starts you off in the early 90s.

I contacted Finviz support because I couldn’t purchase the Black Friday annual offer while already having an active Elite subscription. I followed the instructions given by support, but due to a misunderstanding on their side, the wrong account was cancelled.

This led to unnecessary re-subscription, double charges, and a lot of back-and-forth to fix an issue that was not caused by me. While support eventually acknowledged the mistake, the resolution process was slow and frustrating.

Finviz is a great product, but this experience showed poor handling of subscriptions and billing errors.

I am not inclined to buy your service at this time so why must you show me your upsell screen every time I click on an option. If I click on X when I am initially in the application I expect to be free of the splash screen BS for the remainder of my session but your strategy is to keep pushing it in my face. Enough is enough!

Not worth it.

I tried this for a month. Not worth the price, too expensive for what it offers. Not user friendly, have to spend too much time searching for information. Font is way too small and hurts my eyes. Don't like how they don't prioritize volume stats or intraday information. Don't like how they organize the dates of the charts. Candle wicks are really difficult to see even when changing lighting. Does not have lists of stocks the way Tradingview free service does. Difficult to organize stock lists when compiled (ex. won't let me change the name of a list). Shows a lot of inexpensive pump and dump type of stocks on the homepage. Sometimes the amount the stock is trading at is not displayed (could be a glitch).

There are some good points to it: great timing with the New York market (no lag), and Finviz offers comprehensive ways to find stocks you want to trade. I like that it shows news linked to stocks and shows insiders who have recently bought and sold stocks. I would pay 10 dollars a month for the program, but it's monthly fee is way more than that.

I've been using Finviz for 10 days now & still can't get over the amount of information I can find on one page, both technical & fundamental. Even recent insider buys & sells on the same page. All the crypto prices & charts in one click. The screener has lots of preset options and customization. There's nothing even close to this out there for $ 300/yr. Whoever the trader was in that chat room who mentioned it, Thanks!

They are reasonably priced and provide a great product with a lot of data. They are frequently adding features and data which is huge. One of my must keep subscriptions.

I love Finviz features. It provides all the technical and financial information all in one place. The new intraday scanner features are awesome. Finviz keeps making updates. I have been an Elite member for a long time now. At least 10 years. I would not trade or invest without it.

Love Finviz. I trade daily. I like the quick insight into patterns and basic tools all on one page. I can generally tell after a glance at a stock on Finviz if I am interested in a swing trade. Markets & Sector rank first.

They shared my email address with a third party without consent and I have begun recieving spam. I know it was Finviz because I use a unique email address for each company I do business with for this exact reason.

Finviz the absolute best stock screener and market analysis software in the industry. The developers truly care about and modify the app from user input. It's evolved so much from when I began using this amazing tool!

For a novice who knows nothing about trading its great. A vast amount of information.
However they have next to no documentation, or instructions, so if you are new be prepared to flounder around. Or wait days to get back from support if ever.
This has become more chronic as they become bigger they are losing control of simplicity.

There are newcomers hitting the internet that do the same. And some are cheaper. If Finviz wants to be competitive they need to get a grip on this out of control system.

This website offers such great value for free to all.

Best Budget Screener
Even though this is a budget screener, it still competes even with the expensive screeners. Finviz is always improving (added 4-7am pre market just recently) and has pretty fast screener times. Been using it for over a year, and have little to no complaints. Only thing is make alerts a little bit faster, there delayed for a couple minutes for me. But overall, a great screener

I have been in the investing field for over a decade. I've tried several investment websites, I'd say at least 8. Finviz is by far my favorite for its ease of use and non-cluttered design. Many sites cram as much as they can on a page, I guess to make you think your a pro trader that needs as much information as there is.

I use FinViz.com every day for 2 years now. I am a trader, not an investor and need to find potential trades with specific chart patterns. The stock screener with lots of search criterias is just great. The sector and industry groups help me to follow the right market direction. Each stock is filled with a ton of information and fundamental data. Many more features help me to be more successful. Compared many other tools, but FinViz is simply the best. I already had some support requests and they solved them all very fast! The whole service for $300 per year is pretty cheap compared to others and a professional trader should be able to afford this amount of money.

Although I would love to see a mobile web page or an app for mobile devices. It's only usable on desktop browsers. Searching for stocks any time and everywhere with my phone would make it perfect.

Not Only did they fail to cancel my membership when i requested. But they charged me full amount & locked out my account (after they charged me) because i disputed the charge. still thinking they deserved the money. The have the full year charge of $300 and are providing Nothing. This scam company is something no one should be doing business' with they will refuse to cancel subscriptions and leave you in a full battle to get them to stop charging you, and you wont even get service for paying the full amount! Notice on every comment refunds ONLY AFTER 30 DAY Initial Service, which mean's you CAN'T CANCEL OR GET A REFUND. This is a year later..

I have sent several emails requesting my subscription be canceled and got no response. A year passed and it was auto-renewed. Kindly cancel my subscription this is the 2nd year you are charging me. No one responds to emails here??? user account starts with hsawh
