I’ve placed the order on 5 January for the items (carpets) that were in stock. It is 3 February today and they have not been delivered yet. I’ve already ordered and received carpets from another reseller. Now waiting for the Finnishop to deliver the order to be able to return it... The whole purchasing experience was confusing. My card was charged at the time of purchase, then the amount was released, making me think the order was cancelled. A few weeks later I found that the amount was finally written off my card.. I will not be buying from Finnishop again.

I returned an item that did not match its product description, and I was charged a 9 euro restocking fee for returning the item. I am disgusted. Restocking fees are illegal in Europe ! This company has horrendous customer service, but I will pursue a refund.

Extremely well packed in heavy duty bubble wrap. Crates, boxes, glass lamp all arrived in good condition. Customer service is also very prompt and efficient in answering any queries you may have. Prices are also reasonable, with great discounts sometimes. I am a repeat customer ordering from Singapore.

Tein tilauksen myöhään illalla ja seuraavana aamupäivänä se oli jo noudettavissa FDS showroomilta. Ihan täydellistä, sillä söimme lounaan samalla reissulla. Tuote oli juuri se, jonka tilasin ja sain ystävällistä palvelua noutaessani tuotteen, kiitos!

I have contacted the company multiple times regarding my order and my return request, yet I have received absolutely no response. I am requesting to return an item from my order. Despite several follow-up emails, I have not been provided with any return instructions or a return label. At the same time, I continue to receive marketing and promotional emails almost every day. Being ignored on a legitimate customer service request while constantly receiving marketing emails is unacceptable and highly frustrating. At this point, I am forced to raise this issue publicly in order to get any response. I sincerely hope the company will finally address this matter and resolve it properly.

I ordered two mugs. They are beautiful in design, sturdy in construction and arrived in pristine condition. Thank you.

Koska saimme viallisen kookkaan tuotteen, niin yhteydenotto ei millään onnistunut, nyt jo toinen viikko kun ei vastata reklamointiin.

Ho ordinato due sgabelli in data 13 novembre, seguo il tracking di DHL e i pacchi hanno fatto 4 volte avanti indietro Italia-Germania senza essere mai consegnati a me. Dall'assistenza non mi rispondono. Non oso immaginare la condizione dei miei due pacchi, dopo tutti questi viaggi saranno distrutti.
