Only went in for 4 high tensile bolts but the staff were super helpful and patient. Will be using again .

Fine City Fasteners have been supplying commercial and rare fasteners of every kind, form and material since 2017. Based in East Anglia we work with businesses right across the UK, providing our knowledge and expertise on industrial fastening applications for projects of any size. This has enabled us to develop a client base in a range of industries, including Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, Construction, Public Transport, Local Government Outsourcing, Automotive and much more. Our motto is simple: Whatever your trade, we can help because the hard-to-find is our specialty. We are a trading division of Metals Direct Ltd, a specialist stainless steel, non-ferrous metal and engineering plastics supplier based in Great Yarmouth who are an ISO 9001:2015 accredited company. We guarantee our customers a service of the highest quality, supported by a dedicated team of professionals who always deliver to our client’s specifications. Metals Direct are also a member of the BSSA (British Steel) the benefits of which Fast City Fasteners also have access to. Drill bits and adhesives are always kept in stock but for non-standard items we are able to source any item on a quick turnaround and always at the best possible price. We’ve developed a reputation for providing obscure fasteners that are not commonly found on the market, helping our clients to secure products that are crucial to the success of their business. Fine City Fasteners are also official stockists working very closely with Toolbank, providing a wide range of items that are suitable for use in any trade. We use our own branded delivery vehicle to ensure our customers receive their orders on time and rarely charge for deliveries in the local area. This includes delivering directly to businesses or work sites if required. Providing customer service of the highest order is important to us as new and existing customers require a reliable and flexible supplier that can adapt to the changing needs of their business. We see ourselves not only as experts in the fastening industry but as specialists in working with people to help them achieve their goals.

Order not checked

While only 4 bolts were ordered on arrival only 3 of the 4 were the correct size. Another bolt was sent out free of charge but the time delay in completing the job inconvienced the client simply because the order was not checked before being sent out.

Wing nut screws in A2 stainless

Items arrived promptly and as described. Good price too. Exactly what I needed for Record morticing machine. The originals were plastic, yes plastic ! Useless and broke immediately on first use. Stainless ones far far better.

It is 7 days since goods were ordered…

It is 7 days since goods were ordered and as yet they have still not arrived. No notification or explanation has been received. Less than impressive
