We have a very niche awards "club" for our sales team at our company. Fine Awards was perfect for our theme. Exactly As Requested + Fast
Product is exactly as requested and looks great. We asked for expedited production + shipping and it was granted at a very reasonable price. Communication system could use improvement, took a while to get a hold of someone who could consistently respond to us but once they did, everything was streamlined.

Ordering awards and recognition products requires several details to get the ball rolling such as logo files, engraving, billing/shipping information, and event dates. It looks like our team worked to collect that information and provide quotes and timelines along the way, but we understand how that back-and-forth can feel frustrating if expectations aren’t clearly outlined upfront.
