SCAM! Just discovered that apparently my review about taking money and disappearing has been REMOVED AS THEY DARED TO REPLY TO M COMMENT IF I AM SURE THAT I HAVE AN ACCONT WITH THEM !!!! YES I AM SURE!!!!! TRUSTPILOT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWING REMOVALS OF REAL CUSTOMERS RVIEWS FOR A SCAM COMPANIES!

Sounds great but doesn't actually work. The only cancellations I was offered were in Scotland. I live in London.

Avoid. Took my money, no communication and did nothing. When I chased I was told I hadn’t provided details of what, where and when. All these were provided when I paid.

Took my money twice !
Cannot upload details onto the account !
0 customer service.
Absolute Scam !

This website is a complete scam.

2 months passed no tests offered and account deleted.

Not recommended took money then next day saying wrong details upgrade for 19.95 sorry it's not happening not scamming me twice

It’s a scam please be aware

This company is a scam, false claims of searching for driving test appointments and booking it automatically, paid for the upgraded service, no messages, difficulty logging in. Discussing company, have requested a refund and reported to credit card company and trading standards for false advertising.

Worked, moved my test forward by 2 months, suprised thought it would be a couple of weeks

It's a scam, they sent me a message saying they found me a test and to pay 22 pounds to secure the slot, payed it and haven't received confirmation or any more info off the company. Its honestly just a scam, I only fell for it as I was desperate.

I wish that I could give this company zero stars. I keep getting errors even after I have provided the correct information. I've tried requesting a refund using the company email address provided, only to be told that the email does not exist.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Paid in November 2024 , some text messages come in saying a cancellation is available, however, responded as soon as the text arrived while phone in hand many times and yet absolutely nothing , it's now nearly March and the test is due in a matter of a few weeks , try the actual sites the dvsa advise because this one is a fake !!

Take the money and even after applying more than 1 test center and responding straight away no test !!

received a return email stating there would be contact within 24/48 hours, never received any further communication.

Shocking. Just after I signed up they sent me a email saying some of the details I used to sign up were incorrect and to log on to my account to update them. I'm unable to sign in to my account as it says wron password, but the password re-set link won't work

Scam, basically charge you money for nothing in return. Avoid! They refuse to refund your money so do yourself a favour, and keep your money in your bank.

I signed up to the premium service two weeks ago, hoping to find a test closer than the one I have in December.

After two weeks, I had received no notifications at all. On checking with the driving instructor he told me about two other students of his who, in the last fortnight, had found cancellations directly by logging on and checking each day.

This morning I logged on to the test centre to see whether there were any cancellations as find me a driving test still weren’t sharing any. I reached out to find me a driving test to ask what had happened and why I wasn’t receiving notifications despite the fact I had the paid for service.

They responded quickly, but with a shocking level of customer service telling me that because I had broken their terms and conditions! No explanation as to why I’ve not received any notifications in the last fortnight despite that obviously being test available. No apologies.

Complete scam and I wouldn’t waste your money. I am now going through my credit card provider to get a chargeback refund along with a report to trading standards.

Can’t get into my account after paying. No response to any of the emails I have sent. Waste of money, don’t waste yours.

I have had no options sent since payment. I have tried to email, find a contact number, log into my account, and get onto their website - all to no avail. I do not think this is a genuine business.
