It was a very clear, polite and professional conversation about what kind of financial advice I need.
I explained my circumstances and the gentleman I spoke with has been good listener and tried to understand and clarify for my how can I get help from their financial advisors about pension and investment .I really appreciate his help - he made appointment for me immediatelly this Friday at 1 pm.

JThey couldn’t call me by phone and were insustsnt
They couldn’t speak to me over the phone and Were insistant on a video call albeit I’d had a seizure, just come out of hospital, compentmentoud and have no internet connection
Appointment cancelled but had over £100000 to invest
