Spoke to James who asked relevant questions and gave very detailed information on what to expect from an appointment at my home and that the advice would be looking to pension advice and named the company who the meeting would be with.
Very professional and no hard sell.

Having made the initial decision to…
Having made the initial decision to consider finding advice on pensions, i filled in the online form and received a call back very quickly, the adviser who was called Daniel, listened to what I wanted and sorted out a home visit for me for the following week, he was kind enough to call before the appointment just to make sure all was still good, a simple process that made things so easy, and all done by a quick phone call.

It was a very clear, helpful and professional.
It was a very clear, polite and professional conversation about what kind of financial advice I need.
I explained my circumstances and the gentleman I spoke with has been good listener and tried to understand and clarify for my how can I get help from their financial advisors about pension and investment .I really appreciate his help - he made appointment for me immediatelly this Friday at 1 pm.
