Jules, the technican came on time and updated the shower head as promised. He checked a few things and was efficient and very pleasant. No charge. Gave me more confidence to use this company again.

I have been rung by the company and apologised to.
Also been offered a free filter. As well as chief technician coming to install and check situation.
I appreciate this and increased my star rating accordingly. Not all companies will do that.

The service office staff didn’t return a call. I complained about quote $125 to just install a water tank filter that I had already bought (they were already installing an under the sink and shower head) was too much. So then, after a week of no call back I rang back to cancel the tank replacement.
That wasn’t cancelled. The fellow thought he was doing that too.
Last year they didn’t have the correct shower filter. Offered to replace with a stainless steel filter free. I said no as my taps and head are gold.
This year same thing but they wanted me to buy a new system. Over $170. Obviously 2 years ago they’d gotten rid of an out of date filter system and they wanted to me to buy a new system. No discount.
By this stage my blood pressure was so high I decided to check another company. I’m getting the replacement part much cheaper.
Stupid company! I would have stayed and just kept getting their replacements every year. Made more money than they’d saved and a happy customer.
The service guy who came out was absolutely lovely. Polite and efficient. Shame office staff so difficult.

I got berated by their office staff. I sent 3 requests for an amended invoice but got no response. So I called the office and spoke to a lady who sent it to me. Later got a call from a different lady telling me “Can you check your email on 8/9/2023 and see what you find”. I said there’s nothing from your office. She said “Well I have proof”. I then said let me check my spam box and I found her email. She then said “Well that’s not my problem is it. Because of you, I got scolded by my manager”. I offered to explain to her manager but she said “Well it’s not going to do anything now and said you should check your email and on and on”. I stopped her and question her intention of her call and I said that’s not how you speak to your customers but she went on and on again. I demanded to speak to her boss immediately but she said no one was available and she said “Bye”. Horrendous & appalling service!

Quick and easy

Each year you keep on advancing a few months ahead due date for the renewal service. I received countless calls and messages daily and weekly even after advising when to contact me.

It’s definitely less than 12 months and please note it down in your system when to make follow ups for renewal.

Lovely technician, he was chatty and polite, did job well, very happy with his work. Customer service not so great, had left a message for a callback and didnt receive one. Went back and forth over a few days calling then missing call and had to leave message again so that part was a bit frustrating.
