NO show and no communication
They did not turn up the day they were booked in and I was not notified. The second appointment - they were late and I had to call to find out where they were - not impressed.

Your first appointment that was booked in, unfortunately our installer who was booked had to take leave due to a family matter. We did phone your mobile on the 15/1/2024 and there was no answer, we also sent you an SMS to notify you, and also to rebook your installation for Fri 19/1/2024 which was then completed on that day.
Your second appointment, installer was running 35 minutes behind schedule on the day due unforeseen heavy traffic as per conversation over the phone.
We hope that you and your family do enjoy the filtered water, and we hope we are able to service you better in the coming future. Thank you.

After a few little hiccups waiting for a broken tap to be replaced, Saby came to the rescue coming from a great distance to replace my broken tap, the last job on his schedule. I am so happy with the customer support & service I received. Saby deserves a raise!

GREAT TASTING WATER
We had a great experience with water solutions. We got a great deal to have a quality filter system installed. It definitely takes away all those nasty tastes that you can sometimes get with tap water.

In the last 20 years we have had only 1 price rise, which was raised by $10 due to manufacturing prices. We have in the past kept the price for a very long time, and find our prices still affordable for the quality of filters we provide and also the service.

Great service. However, they nearly forgot one of their scheduled yearly maintenance that I had to call them. But other than that, we've never had any problems for the past 3 years of having them.
