Happy with the Figure group.
Garrick was patient and very helpful. He answered all of our questions and made the process as painless as possible. The entire process took very little time and we are very happy to work with Figure.

Polite 3 times over
The 3 people i interacted with were polite and patient. My internet connection wasn't good enough quality for the first two to confirm my ID. They gave me polite directions and greeted me and gave good salutations at the end.

Nickel and Dime Squeeze
Overall, the experience was positive, until it came time to close the account. They impose a $30 account closure fee, which seems insane, considering they have already profited significantly over the life of lending to you as a customer. Just a nickel and dime play that could have been avoided with a focus on customer over profit squeezing.

Overall the experience was good
Overall the experience was good. I appreciated the convenience of being able to complete the process. One item recommended for improvement is that I did feel a little rushed by the notary. Document are long and these are important and impactful decisions. Please give people a little more time to read through the documents before asking if ready to move on.

Untrained staff and poor management of documents. I have had to upload my insurance documents several times and they keep sending text messages asking for same documents. They are the most unprofessional lending company I've ever dealt with.

Very efficient and professional
This was a great experience. The notary connected with me quickly online and the actual signing took less than a minute. I was able to get my loan documents signed and processed in five minutes!
