Figure Lending LLC., Experience - Buyers Beware!
I guess I should give Figure Lending LLC., a little better score, but at this moment this is the best they're getting from me.
We applied for, and were approved, for a HELOC with Figure Lending LLC., funds dispersed on February 20th, 2026, and though it did take a bit of time for most of the accounts we were paying off to show 0 balances, (which is why I might consider giving them a better rating) one account showed a balance, and as of today, STILL DOES!
After several phone inquiries, which I was given several different responses, and of course got the "rest assured", "I apologize..." replies, we needed to wait a FULL 30 business days before Figure Lending LLC., would investigate and find out where the funds were, or deposit those funds into our bank account. "Rest Assured"!!!
Well, I 'rested and assured' myself daily checking on the status of the loan as it had not changed to a 0 balance, and low and behold we're still paying on a loan that was supposed to be paid off, as well as the new loan we have with Figure Lending LLC.
Yes, Figure Lending LLC., did pay off the debts we wanted, yes the interest rate is very reasonable, yes the approval process was surprisingly quick, virtually simple, BUT .. we have over $124K missing funds floating around somewhere. And NO ONE knows where the funds are or why they haven't, at the very least, been deposited into our bank account so that WE can pay the loan off ourselves.
So, I sit here "waiting" for an alleged phone call from a supervisor, or service agent, both supposedly one and the same, while Figure Lending LLC., has opened a "ticket" for this investigation.
Life lesson here folks, one that I know very well. The "shoulda", "coulda", "woulda's", have been surpassed now.
FYI - I did this loan with Figure Lending LLC., upon a recommendation from Credit Karma. And based upon this experience I doubt I'll make that mistake again.
Before you delve into any and all companies, make sure you gather all your information, due diligence, from many sources before making a decision like this.
Do I think this will be rectified/resolved? Yes I do! But until then, I spend my value time, whether sitting on my keester eating bon bons all day, or taking care of my other important things, the bottom line is that I have spent entirely too much time trying to stay on top of these folks. And getting different information from the same company employees is beyond inexcusable.

Terrible Terrible Terrible
This is the biggest scam company ever. Nothing quick about them, no customer service, no communication and crazy fees. Stay away at all costs. Total misrepresentation
Not 1 request was met or completed. I should have known the first day when I called to make sure the application was completed properly. That was the dead giveaway that they have inept customer service. Every other request or need was disregarded.

The E notary was fast
The E notary was fast, efficient, professional. The only thing I would change about figure is the notifications - should be a little bit more prominent on the website. That was the only thing that slowed our process down, not noticing that I had an important notification awaiting my attention.
