I purchased the Fieldy 3 online on July 04, 2026. During the purchase I was offered a special deal if I signed up for the "unlimited plan." While trying to complete that purchase something glitched and the unlimited plan was not included.
On the next business day, I contacted Fieldy asking if they would still honor the "deal" explaining that I did not know where or why the glitch had occurred but that I was definitely interested. The response was 'no they could not honor the deal but they would offer me a very small discount' in comparison to the original savings I would have had. Okay, I looked at that as a rookie company response figuring they had no idea how much that kind of sevice would cost them in future customer goodwill.
I got my Fieldy order in a timely manner but immediately noticed that compared to Plaud, which I also own, Fieldy's documentation and help was practically non-existent. Another negative, in my humble opinion.
Finally, when I went searching for the heavily advertised wristband that would allow the module to be convertible, it was nowhere to be found. The packaging Fieldy 3 came in was obviously produced without planning for the wristband to ever be included in the package. Each future purchaser is invited to look at their own packaging and notice for themselves how that packaging was created to NOT include a wristband.
I wrote to Fieldy about the wristband and my frustration with the whole process. To date no response!

I have a comment to add after Fieldy's reply.

Fieldy has sales pages that do not directly point a customer to the main website and absolutely do NOT point out the fact that the armband is a separate purchase. In fact, I would suggest that to any reasonable person, many of Fieldy's advertisements imply the armband IS an integral part of the deal.
If Fieldy believes I am wrong about my grievance their management should look at how many of their reviewers also ask "Where's the armband?" I am not by myself.

I love that it reminds me of important dates and information while I’m just chatting, before I even add anything to my calendar. Sometimes I forget to update my calendar, but then I look at Fieldy and it reminds me what the conversation was about and keeps me informed about what I need to do

It’s ok for the price. Wondering how fragile it will be in the wristwatch configuration.

When I purposely start and stop it works great but when I need to record discreet it doesn’t and no way to know if it’s recording or not

Only took a few hours before I began to depend on fieldy. So helpful in so many ways. Love it

I like how it takes its notes. Just wish there was a quick way for it to ignore the movie I'm watching or book in reading. If it could indicated each taller that would be awesome too

Great way to capture information

The real-time availability of transcribed information has been amazing. The battery life has been incredible.

Love it. The summary is fast and concise

Bought a Fieldy 3 on 6 July 2026 for £96.79, it arrived on the 17th, charged it up and used it for one day before getting a message saying my free time was expired!
Now you want to con me out of £150 each year to use the damn thing. I’d researched whether to get this or the ‘Pocket’ and reviews said go with Fieldy. I didn’t spot any mention of a yearly eye watering subscription. Had I known I would have saved my money and not bought this product. Guess it’s a case of buyer beware and expect to be conned!!

Update 16 August 2026: A Fieldy rep did reach out on 30 July to help and agreed a refund. The product was mail back to them on 1st August. I had to prompt them via email on the 10th and finally received a refund on 14th.
To give them credit they did follow through on their promise to refund.

Well, it seems to be a well-made and performing device of its kind. There are, as we all know, a number of different approaches to the similar challenge. I'm still evaluating this one and comparing it with a couple of others I have installed on my phone and watch.

So easy to use and has helped keep me organised

I am using this for personal use. It works well and is what I needed. Thank you.

Fieldy is currently one of the best tools on the market for automatically capturing and summarizing daily conversations. I especially enjoy the daily summaries, and once it is turned on, it really is something you can forget about and let it work in the background.

There are still a few areas that could be improved. The app can occasionally be glitchy, and additional instructions or tutorials would make some features easier to understand. I would also like to see better Outlook integration, since not being able to fully sync with Outlook means I still need to use other apps for parts of my daily workflow.

Overall, Fieldy is an impressive product with a lot of potential. Even with a few growing pains, the quality of the summaries and the convenience it provides make it the best option I have found so far.

Very intuitive and useful during a meeting to help out with punchlist and action items

This is a great tool for the work day, allowing you to catch up on things that you were asked or instructed to do but have forgotten. The transcription is amazingly clear and very accurate when it comes to reading or using in a copy/paste situation.

I would highly recommend this product!

Easy to use, good battery life, helpful summaries and task lists. It does transcribe songs and Tv shows as if they were conversations. Lol. I need to remember to turn it off when it’s not needed. Overall, it has been helpful
