Buying here is a nightmare: Endless waiting, legal violations, and complete ghosting.

I want to warn all potential buyers about this store. My experience has been a continuous chain of unprofessionalism, violation of consumer rights, and total disregard for the customer:

• Extreme delivery delays (over 2 months): I placed my order on May 12th. The shipment didn't arrive until July 15th. During that time, I had to repeatedly follow up (May 24, May 26, June 1, July 2). Not a single revised delivery date was met. On top of that, two out of the three ordered items (the charger and wristband) were missing from the package entirely.
• Refusal of legal return rights: The device did not meet my expectations, so I requested a return on July 25th (10 days after delivery). The store rejected the return, claiming their internal policy only allows 5 days. They completely ignore binding Czech and EU consumer laws that guarantee a 14-day right of withdrawal.
• Deflection and arbitrary actions: Without my consent, they tried to dismiss the issue by forcing a unilateral 40% partial refund on me. Furthermore, their calculation of amounts is completely confusing and does not match what I actually paid (totaling 6,094 CZK).
• Complete breakdown of communication: Once I rejected their unlawful approach and insisted on a 100% refund in accordance with the law, the store started ignoring me. They no longer respond to my emails or follow-ups.

Steer clear of this store. If any issue arises, customer support is non-existent, local laws mean nothing to them, and as soon as you push back, they ghost you completely.

UPDATED: They are sending me a new device. It took a bit but overall they made good.

Very disappointed in Omi AI. Purchased last month, took 3-4 weeks to get the device, asked for an update, told they had a quality issue and would be a two more weeks. 2 weeks later was told expect it to ship next monday, asked on Friday if still on track for Monday, told Yes. On Wednesday it finally shipped, was told in the mean time to try the app to get used to it. Installed the app, but didn't do anything. Get the device On Tuesday, set it up and on Wednesday asked for a subscription because my Trial had run out. Installing the app early lost me the opportunity for the trial. No biggie, sent message to support... Crickets. Come home Wednesday after wearing it all day on my wrist, was cutting some weeds in the yard, went to wash my hands and thought, is this water proof, look down and its GONE. It fell out of the wrist strap. Thought, I'll just use the app to find it. Not an options, tried 3 different bluetooth tracking apps and none were able to help me pin point it. Always say 5-10 meters. I also have a Pocket AI from Hey Pocket which has a Find My Pocket option, its also bigger and not worn. Wrote to support to see if they could do anything to help me out since I spent 140 for less than 24 hours of use. Cricket. So I posted on Reddit/r/OmiAI (they are the mods), but looked like it didn't post in Omi AI, so I selected Omi AI and posted it again. Apparently both landed in Omi AI, First was removed by the mods for Spam and today I get a PERM BLOCK for Omi AI for spam. I've posted like 4 times in there only 1 was repeated, no warning, perma ban. Of course, the message I got banned for was... Very disappointed, lost the tracker after less than 24 hours and no way to find it
Was out trimming bushes, came inside and washed my hands, was concerned how the track would do in running water to look down and realize its missing. Had it less than 24 hours. No option to find it in the app or play a sound, bluetooth trackers want a lifetime purchase to provide any tracking and the free one has it bouce from not found to 65 feet away. Not a happy camper, just wasted $140 bucks. Lesson learned I guess.

ChatGPT suggested this because of the OpenSource Nature of the product, but I've never had such disappointment in a product. Avoicd At All Costs. I should have paid attention to the people complaining.
