I have been using it for every meeting I have been in I love this little Ai wonder

My wristband broke after a week of use, and I cannot find a way to make contact for a replacement. If someone could please contact me about the wristband. I like the device and app but there can be improvements made. I would like to be able to organize the task list by importance and/or due date. I know Fieldy is constantly improving and

Fieldy is the next best thing to having a personal assistant.

The magic of Fieldy is the perfect match of hardware and software. The device itself is a little bigger that 2 quarters (US) and has 1 button, as uncomplicated as can be. It hears everything and even listens when not connected to your phone.

The software is where the magic happens. I captures every word of every conversation and provides a transcript - but that's just the beginning.

The 2 greatest features are
1) the ability to summarize a conversation in a variety of ways, so it can be formal for work or casual for personal conversation
2) The intelligent follow-up feature. Fieldy listens to what people ask you to do, and the commitments you make, and intelligently suggests (and creates) tasks for you.
3) The real magic is the app's AI, that can answer questions like "When was the last time I talked to Bob" or "What decisions were made at the budget meeting last month",

Horrible company - THIS IS A FRAUD
I received probably a defected product. called, texted, emailed , whats up for days without responds. No one from support will reachout ( I am an IT and know devices and connections) Very disappointing. the number for support arrive to some kind of Magic Jack phone, or emails, No one responds to what's up this is super disappointing. This company tried to flag my review as not true but I provided Trustpilot all the proof I have for all communication attempts on any possible platform, then my review stayed. because I cannot post screenshots of the attempt if anyone would like to see it reach out to my email and I will gladly email it. More ever since this company is so ruad and claim in the responds they have no record for my reachout attempts I will also file a complaint with consumer affair next.

The device works great. Software is easy to use. Have used three other devices to do similar tasks and I really like the ability to wear it on my wrist. Much better for me than wearing the necklace attachment.

Only two things I would do differently is on the necklace a screw-together attachment rather than the magnet would prevent it from falling off and if you can improve battery time.

This is my 2nd Fieldy, v3 is better than v2 and I liked v2. Very helpful in my day to day.

Great and UNREALIZED potential. Of all the devices I have tried, this has the most effective design. With it comes a lot of intentional frustration in the overall usage likely intentionally designed. Cannot record calls unless on speaker phone. In my job it's impossible to do this on the majority of calls. LOTS of transcript errors that are vital to the meetings and conversations recorded. AND the simplest of all programming features is missing which I find inexcusable and part of the unethical behavior across the industry. CANNOT bulk change a speaker in any transcript. So for long meetings and/or those with multiple speakers, it is a pain in the backside to monotonously go through transcripts and select, one line at a time, each instance of a speaker speaking and change it to the name you want. I cannot stress enough how much time this eats up. The idea that at the end of a meeting you can accurately identify who is speaking when it makes errors is ridiculous. No end user thought put into this product. GOOD-ENOUGH to MAKE MONEY seems to be the approach. Also their subscriptions to their AI service that does the work is priced higher than competitors. They refuse to refund that so DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES get the annual subscription so when you return this you have wasted more money than necessary. AND DON'T EVEN COUNT ON A RETURN. They only give you 14 days to make returns because they absolutely KNOW you cannot explore this product in any real depth in 14 days in most cases. Lastly they make it near impossible to make a return because the methodology of the day is bare minimum of human support so you cannot get a response.

I have only just started using fieldy, but so far its been great

Transcription is lacking. I just updated the app so maybe that fixes some of it, but it should be a lot better than it is.

Speaker detection has never worked well. It should know when it's me talking, and it should know the other speakers I've already set up profiles for. That's kind of the whole point and it's never done a good job with it.

The other thing I want is for it to filter out audio I'm not part of. If I'm watching TV or a show, it shouldn't treat that like a conversation. Keep a log of it somewhere if I want to look back at what I was watching, but leave it out of everything else.

I'm enjoying testing the functionality. Looks like it's what I need. I'm hoping the integrations will be really helpful but haven't explored too much yet.

I would rate the product as good not great. One feature it would benefit from is auto shutoff after the conversation has ended. Would eliminate a lot editing after the fact. It is fairly accurate. To make it better focus on Busienss sales conversation and have action items and clear next steps called out would also
Improve the product.

I have found things pretty easy to use and the learning curve is a bit steep to get things tweaked and suited to my workflow. Much trial end error could be avoided with a more thorough product manual. Windows desktop Fieldy application works nicely, but again a lack of step by step instructions makes for a longer trial and error experience.

Very easy to set up and use. I bought it to assist with interviewing staff at work in order to create process and procedures documentation as my phone could only do so much. However, I did not realize after buying this gadget that I would need an additional subscription in order to email the transcripts into .txt or .pdf files, which distresses me. I could hardly afford this gadget as I have been unemployed for 1-1/2 years, ran out of unemployment and was hanging on by a thread financially until I barely got this job a few weeks ago. Now I am expected to fork out more money? Although it’s easy to use, it may have been a waste of money for me at this point.

The ability to capture details of a conversation that I would normally miss is fantastic. Speeds up the process of recordkeeping as well.

DO NOT ORDER! I cannot review the product yet because I do not have it still. I have been charged a couple weeks ago so I went to the website to follow-up. Their AI generated customer service said it had been ordered from a backup warehouse and had not shipped. When I inquired when it would ship, it said I would need to talk to a human but did not.connect me with one. They continue to advertise heavily for this item but cannot provide the product or twll you when they can. Do not.order it until you know it is in stock!

RESPONSE TO REPLY:
I see a reply to my post. No one contacted me about my order. I never spoke with a human, only an AI bot. It said there was not estimated ship date given and no admission they were out of stock, just that it had been ordered from a warehouse. Truth is, as you can see from the reply to my post, they are out of stock and do not know when they will receive more. I do not believe people should be charged when they are out of stock unless they very directly and honestly say so and get permission for the the order to go through or do not charge until it is ready to ship.

As for the reply. I would guess that too is an AI bot. AI is not sorry about anything, they can't.

I have no idea how Feildy finds so many positive reviews. The sales platform are mute and offer no service besides forcing sales with false discounts, and the technology is limited/unevolved and weighted by customer cost. This will be a gimmick that soon will pass. Sad I paid $100 for a useless, black piece of plastic.

The device is great - but better than that when I had some battery issues the warranty team were responsive and genuine in trying to help resolve the issue and sent a replacement quickly.
