Fetch Your Pet Needs Anmeldelser

Bag delivered broken and don't respond to emails

The choice and speed of delivery - it's so so good. It's always the first choice - in fact these days it's the only choice for me. Love supporting this company - they always exceed my expectations.

Easy to navigate website and competitive pricing

A great store with healthy dog food. You can find many unique products here that are hard to find in chain stores. Holistic foods, dietary supplements, and healthy, natural chews. If you want to take care of your dog's health, this is the best place to shop. Especially if you have dogs with allergies or sensitive stomachs. Friendly service and express delivery if you order online. I highly recommend it.

I buy Benji's food and some treats from Fetch Your Pet Needs for a good few years, maybe 5 years?! Benji is a 6 years old and 32 kg Sheepadoodle. I feed him Nourish Rite Grain Free Large Breed Adult Dog Food - Salmon with a handful of DARF Turkey Cold Pressed Dog Food. A 12 kg bag lasts me approximately a month, as we don't weigh his portions. The food, the treats are expensive, but very good quality. Benji is never sick, no problems with his stools and not a lot of them, maybe twice per day and sometimes only once. In so many years, he only had softer stools twice, and we thought it was from what we fed him extra, from our food. I also found the staff extremely helpful when I rang looking to have a order delivered faster, as I was going on holidays. In so many years, we only had a "hiccup" once, when the order got extremely delayed and i had to improvise. They sent me an email, but it went to spam. I was very upset that time, as I hate to change Benji's food on short notice. So, I will suggest that the customers are contacted by phone if is there an issue with their order. Otherwise, I couldn't recommend this shop and the staff highly enough.

Quality of your food,Lucy loves it. Your deilivary time was excellent and staff were very friendly to speak too.We will order again soon .

A very good company to buy from. They carry an impressive range covering every aspect of pet care, some that would be hard to find elsewhere. The website is easy to use and their delivery service is prompt and reliable.

I was delighted to discover that Fetch Your Pet Needs stock YDOLO dog food, our dog loves it, but there are no places that sell it near to where we live in Northern Ireland. Not only do Fetch Your Pet Needs stock this food, they also deliver to Northern Ireland. They responded quickly when I contacted them by email and the item was received promptly and very well packaged. I’m beyond delighted to have discovered Fetch Your Pet Needs and look forward to continue to shop with them in the future.
