You sent the best supplies promptly.
However, DHL messed up the delivery.
The large and heavy box was left on my neighbours (2 doors down) front step. Luckily when he came up to ask me about it my housekeeper was here and brought him back down to get it in her car.
As you know I’ve had several deliveries from you without any bother. I would be very grateful if you would contact DHL about this as I feel that they would pay more attention to their customer. As usual the eir code was clearly marked on the box so their should have been no confusion

I feel this company deserves so much recognition. The lady who runs it is one of the friendliest and most genuine people I’ve come across. You can tell she works incredibly hard — but still treats every customer with warmth, honesty, and kindness. That alone makes the experience stand out.

The boxes are put together with real care and attention to detail, and the products themselves are excellent quality. Nothing feels rushed — everything is done to perfection. Delivery is quick too, with my order arriving the very next day, beautifully packed.

What really makes this company special is the personal touch. The owner clearly puts her heart into it, and it shows. Businesses like this deserve all the support they can get. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending her to others.

Easy ordering, easy website! They stock products that can be hard to find in ireland. I think Riaflex and Dorwest are top notch and I just discovered the stock Dorwest so I'll be a return customer for that 😃 And they accept rev pay which is a bonus.
