A small, family-run business since 2016, Fetch Your Pet Needs specializes in high-quality pet products with a strong focus on pet nutrition. Our mission is to provide the best for your pets, driven by passion, quality, friendliness, loyalty, and sustainability. Nikita, Fetch's owner and pet nutritionist, has been involved in the pet industry for over 10 years. She focuses on educating herself and others to provide high-quality options for pet owners. Working alongside Irish raw pet food suppliers and industry experts, she continually grows her knowledge and understanding. Fetch is now one of the largest pet shops in Ireland, offering a wide variety of raw pet food options and advice. In 2021, we expanded by opening a new retail and warehousing unit in Mountmellick, rejuvenating a long-vacant commercial space and creating local employment. Our dedicated team, which feels like an extended family, works hard to serve our customers and their pets with the highest standards.

Bad experience

Bad experience. Elderly dog needs a fair bit from company. Requested order to be cancelled in processing stage as needed to order bigger quantity. Was refused as order shipped even though I never got shipping notification. As cancelled before shipment I should have been able to cancel and get a refund. It was refused. Buyer beware. Am taking this further and to social now.

Myself and Kate have emailed you. Please see my response to your cancellation email -

Hi Joanna,
Thank you for your email. This parcel had dispatched with DPD yesterday when we received this email but I have contacted their customer service to mark it as return to sender.

On the rare occasion the drivers are out earlier than the office staff have been in to update a consignment but hopefully the driver in your area won't be that early and we catch it in time.

Once it lands back to us we can issue the refund.

As it transpired the DPD driver had delivered it then before the office were able to mark it for return to sender. My colleague Kate then reached out to you from support@fetchyourpetneeds.ie:

Hey Joanna,

DPD just reached out to let us know that the parcel was delivered. I can arrange to have it collected with DPD, which would cost €4.95 that we can take from your refund? Alternatively, you can send it back via your own methods and we'll do the refund when it arrives back. Please let me know what you'd like to do?

I see we got one email back that went into our junk folder but it did not state whether the item had arrived or a response as to whether you wanted to return it.

Can I please ask that you check your junk folder in case either of our emails went in there.

We are awaiting your response to be able to book a collection with DPD for the return of this item. We handle many cancellations and returns and there is never an issue in that , we just need to get this communication right. You can also reach us on 05786-44518.

Ordering Lunas favourite food and…

Ordering Lunas favourite food and treats online is so easy. She has a an extremely sensitive gut and is prone to yeasty ear infections if she eats grains or yeast. The duck flavour in Nourish Rite kibble is her absolute favourite. She also loves Carnilove Soft Snack treats that are so tasty but grain free.
When the delivery arrives from Fetch Your Pet Luna gets so excited as she knows its for her.

I love Fetch your pet needs and my dog…

I love Fetch your pet needs and my dog loves it more. He is so excited for his meals and treats. People comment on the shine of his coat and his condition they always ask what I feed him and I say some kibble mixed with fetch your pet complete meal. Highly recommend for your pets needs especially for picky eaters.

Delivery is fast and the products are just what I've ordered.

Come for the products stay for the quality

Quality goods, great selection, easy to use website for online orders (including setting up a subscription so you never 'forgot' to order your pet's food or supplements), friendly and professional advice & recommendations. Always good to support Irish business !

You guys are brilliant

You guys are brilliant! Always carry a product for my needs, no matter the problem my dog has at the time. Your delivery service is excellent, always the next day. I think that is amazing.

I have fed both of our rescues the…

I have fed both of our rescues the grain free salmon kibble since they've come home to us. They are both so healthy and happy, and they love meal time.
The chicken digs and pizzles are their favourite treats.
I love buying from an Irish company.
Delivery is so fast!
Any issues are sorted out so quickly.
And, they support Cara Rescue!
100% support.
Fetch are what they say and so much more.

I was having a problem with the food …

I was having a problem with the food that my dogs wouldn’t eat and treats that they turned their noses up at.
I bought the cold pressed beef and rolls of chicken pate , they absolutely love them . One of my dogs is very reactive and the calming treats were great for her. . An added bonus is the natural ingredients. Result !
