Not recommended, poor customer service
Festool's products are outstanding. However, this particular online reseller (BIS) festools-online is not recommended. I placed a first time order with this reseller and received two shipping packages neither of which was robust. As it turned out one of the items was damaged. Either from a manufacturing defect or from shipping damage. I sent photos of the damage to festools-online.com and requested a replacement product. These photos where taken with an iPhone X. A decent camera and the damage was obvious. Festools-online said they couldn't see the damage. I sent more photos using an expensive Olympus mirrorless camera. They again requested photos, can't see the damage it's not clear. You get the idea, there was no intent of solving the problem just total runaround. I then contacted Festool Corp. directly and they promptly handled the replacement. Festool Corporation is highly recommended but NOT this reseller. Purchase elsewhere there are superior options.
