i ordered some slimming patches and i waited ages for them and when i got them they made me ill so no good.

Id give it 0 if given the choice! 2 months of waiting but no sign of the ordered item!!!!! Emailed to ask for redund but a Julia from Support replied to state that it was delayed and that someone will reach out as I’d wanted a refund. Ive checked again with their tracking syatem and it says that its been delivered! LOL! I WFH & at no time has the item been delivered nor is there any sign of it!
WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?! PEOPLE THAT THINK THAT THEY ARE ENTITLED TO OUR HARD EARNED MOMEY?! SO BRAZEN, UNAPOLOGETIC & SHAMELESS!!

Ordered a 2024 Godzilla Advent Calendar for my niece for Christmas. First 7 days there was a miniature figure behind each door. From the 8th day onwards it was just a piece of card in the shape of Godzilla. Absolute rubbish.
I contacted them & had no apology. They offered me 30% of the cost back which i turned down.
Rip-off merchants. Avoid !

This company is hurrendous, I purchased a 2025 planner which arrived 5 weeks after ordering, maybe more. When it did arrive it was extremely damaged and unusable.
Tried contacting them sending photo evidence still no reply!
Thinking of ordering try someone else and don’t waste your money.

Terrible experience. Bought the Godzilla advent calender and there were only 8 mini figures. The rest were these flat useless acrylic shapes. Not as pictured in the listing. All the pieces had also all fallen out of the shelves. Regret buying from this low quality store.

Such an awful experience. Do not use this company! I ordered a Christmas gift in November to ensure I had received it. I did receive an item but it was not the item I had ordered. On contacting them it took a long time to receive any response and was then told that it was a "popular item" like other reviews have mentioned and that they would send the correct item but would not guarantee it would arrive before Christmas. They said I could track the item but refused to give me the tracking number. When I tried to contact again for the tracking I received an email to say I would be getting a refund 3-5 days. I'm currently waiting to see if the refund comes through and back to finding another present. Avoid using!

This is actually 0 stars but I couldn’t rate it that. They’ve taken my money and not delivered anything. Given me a mythological link to track delivery that’s now expired (I ordered on 7 September and it’s now 29 November). When I asked for a refund they said they’re so popular at the moment there are delays and my goods will be with me soon (3 weeks ago). Scam site - avoid at all costs.

The company is a complete scam. I bought a Godzilla Advent Calendar, that was meant to contain 24 different Godzilla minatures (as shown in the photos). Instead there are a few repeated miniatures inside, then the rest of the doors just have these odd flat plastic images of Godzilla. There is a bag of threads, presumably to hang them from a tree with, but no holes in the plastic. None of it fits well inside (the contents had all come lose from the doors) and it had a weird smell about it like mud and grass. Everything about it is poor quality and far from advertised for £20.

Why didn’t I read the reviews before I made a purchase?! usually do, but I saw .co.uk and thought I was ok. Ordered an illuminated drawing thing on 9th November. Still not here and no response from them. I feel a fool. And bloody annoyed! Don’t waste your money with these crooks!

Company did not respond to questions about delivery until pushed, delivery took weeks, item arrived - advent calendar as a surprise for my daughter - numbers missing, some duplicated and some out of line. Dreadful quality. I would not recommend this company at all. They should be investigated. Just to add that some of the advent boxes are empty 😡

Product is sub standard and nothing like what I ordered and paid for. It was the LED writing board. I would not order from this company again

Damaged Christmas Calendar from Lego.Came from China not UK, waiting times 7 weeks.A joke

I ordered a book from Ferristale, and what I received was a blatant and illegal counterfeit. I was expecting an authentic Little Golden Book, but instead, I received a poorly made, low-quality imitation that looked more like a flimsy leaflet than a book.

Selling counterfeit products is unacceptable and illegal, and despite reaching out multiple times, I've had no resolution. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone looking for legitimate products.

Fraudulent company. Order took months too arrive. Requested a refund as no longer needed items. I have emailed their customer services so many times for the past 2 months no response. AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a book via a Facebook ad from Ferristale. Looking at the other reviews I was shocked to finally receive the item I ordered, 2 months later and after a number of emails letting them know how I’d followed bank guidelines so I could get all my money back.
2 months for a book to arrive!
Looking at the reviews which I foolishly never read prior to ordering I can believe I actually got what I ordered! Maybe I was their millionth scammed customer so I got the prize of getting what was promised and paid for! Lucky me.
Avoid at all costs!

This is an atrocious company - complete scam - lost my money - does not respond to inquiries regarding item - I did not read the reviews unfortunately !
