Total scam.. item never turned up, no reply to my emails and won’t refund my money… WANKERS

Ordered a games console of Facebook add. Never received. Have emailed them but no reply. Keep clear of these chancers

If I could give no stars I would clearly a scam and I have to wait another 15 days before I can raise a dispute.

Had ordered a handheld games console and my emails are ignored please please everyone don’t use this company!

If anyone is in the same situation contact your bank or if credit card was used you can raise a dispute I hope this helps.

Not received my order, not received any replies to my emails.

Ordered paid £79.99 and never received goods wish I read reviewd. Emails numerous times with no response seems to be a scam site. DO NOT ORDER

I made an order since the 28th of November but still am yet to receive it.
I emailed the support email to no avail, no contact number to reach them.
Pleae, everyone should stop ordering anything from this company because they are scams.

Well it looks like i have been scammed as well then wish I listened to my family check reviews first. Ordered a hand held game for granddaughter for Christmas only Ordered on line because I was laid up and couldn't get so now out of pocket and no present

Ordered some games machines from Facebook advert.. Total of over £90.. been waiting since 20 Nov. Have emailed twice for an update/tracking! Or order update.. no reply to any emails. So I'm assuming I've been ripped off.. oh well .you live and learn I suppose Do Not go near these low life scam artists. I feel like such a silly old fool..

I placed Order FERR-304129 on 18.11.2025 and waited more than two weeks for delivery. When I tracked the order, it showed the location as Dublin, Ireland. I emailed the company for an update, and they replied stating that my order had been delivered eight days earlier. This is not true I never received my order.
Since then, I have asked for a refund or for the items to be resent, but I have received no response. At this point, I feel the company may be running a scam.

Ordered last month from Facebook then became suspicious as no update, so then attempted to email their 2 addresses and use their contact form. No response any method by them.
They are obviously a rogue trader. Shame on them and meta for allowing their advertising!

Would've given them no stars if I could.. ordered £70 worth kf stuff not arrived wont answer my emails...scam company do not use!! Im fuming they need to be taken down....

Do not use this company don't answer emails just send automated emails saying there busy.over 50 emails sent and same message sent back to me.yodel driver left my parcel on my front door step and someone stole it they not responsible the company are just asking for my 39.99 got more chance of a meeting with the pope.not my fault and lost nearly 40 pounds through no fault of my own.

Do not used this company. I ordered the Dog Repeller in June. Despite numerous contact with the company I never received the item. If it wasn't on the way the other reply would be, do you still want it? The replies from the company stop when it gets to the time that you can no longer claim a refund from the bank.
