They have excellent customer service. My package arrived damaged and every effort has been made to respond and they will be refunding. I could not fault them.

They charged me for PEARS soap they have advertised, so I purchased a bunch of them because I needed them since I couldn't get them anywhere! I paid about $28. Plus and they got the money right away!... Vis mer
Great prices on international pantry staples I use. Fast shipping. Would highly recommend.

The product was accurately and promptly delivered.
The product was accurately and promptly delivered. I was particularly glad that Ferebe stocked the item, since it was imported and many dealers have not been stocking imported items because of the sudden increase in tariffs and the confusion after the tariffs were lifted.

Great packaging
Quick turnaround from order to delivery, with perfect packaging. So many parcels from larger retailers come in huge boxes for a few items, I really hate that kind of waste but this order was packaged in a perfect size box. First time shopper but will order again.
