Svar fra FEPshop 3D Printers, Materials & More
Hello Henri,
Sorry to hear your order was shipped later than expected. Let me explain what happened.
Some products come from our other warehouse and this takes time. That's why we clearly list the expected shipping time with each product.
The product you ordered is listed in our shop as "Ships in 1 or 2 working days". And was shipped to you as listed, only 1 working day later.
If you have any more questions please contact our support team!
Rapidité d’expédition et bon produit

Svar fra FEPshop 3D Printers, Materials & More
Our apologies for listing the wrong price in our shop. No AI or 'ChatGPT' here, only humans and we made an honest and obvious mistake. We forgot to include a high priced item to the total price of the bundle.
Because we do check our prices we discovered our mistake shortly after publication. Our great support team immediately contacted all customers affected.
We understand the disappointment when a ‘too good to be true’ deal turns out to be just that. So we offered all customers affected by our mistake alternatives. We included special deals with up to 20% in extra freebies. Just to make up for any inconvenience we caused. Since you were not interested in our alternative offerings we refunded you the same day, as promised in our terms & conditions.
We thank you for your highly valuable feedback. We will discuss your case with our team so we can learn from it and improve our service. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
