You did everything perfect
You did everything perfect, I wss informed about the progression of my order every single moment,but the courier UPS WAS AWFUL, They don’t deserve to work with you with such a poor service. I paid 15 euros for the shipping and rescheduled the delivery but they didn’t hand in the product in the scheduled time, they came 6 hours late and, with no consultation at all, they delivered to a UPS shop 500 meters away. please make sure that the courier does the right thing.

Not worth the money
I heard nothing but good news about Phrozen DLP printers, but after forking out a considerable amount of money for their Transform Fast series, Phrozen have a lot more to be desired. From the main boom being twisted by 5mm, no instructions (which were minimal to say the least when I tracked them down), to repeated failed prints with factory slicer profiles, WiFi which serves no purpose with Chitubox and a standard slicer written like it should run on Win95...I will never, ever buy a Chinese printer again.

I received a fast response to my emails with my questions answered quickly. I urgently needed a certain printer as my old one had broken, and I was in a rush. I received all the information I needed very quickly and was able to place the order really fast
