Ended up returning an item and it cost…
Ended up returning an item and it cost me more than I paid for the actual item! I will not buy from them again . They charge a return fee of £3.50 and their post and packaging is £4 so you are down £7.50 if you return anything.

Items not received and no refund given
Ordered some items paid for next day delivery, got delivered by there courier. Picture was taken by my front door but I wasn’t in and I live on my own.
Raised it a couple of days later saying that I never received the parcel with femmeluxe and they said they have got proof of delivery so they won’t do anything, I paid extra for insurance but can’t use that either apparently.
I don’t see how a picture taken outside my door is proof of delivery as it must of been left outside my door.
Now I’m £60 down and they won’t do anything. There customer service is a joke.

According to the courier’s tracking details, the parcel was delivered to the provided address, along with photographic proof of delivery. This is the only information available to us once the parcel has been dispatched, and we must rely on the courier’s confirmation.
If a recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a delivery alternative, such as rescheduling the delivery or authorising the courier to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. This is why we provide tracking details so customers can monitor and manage their deliveries accordingly.
Unfortunately, as the courier has confirmed successful delivery, we are unable to offer a refund in this case.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working with our delivery partners to improve service wherever possible.

Faulty item
Dress arrived very quickly however it’s stitched incorrectly and unwearable. When requested a refund, I don’t have an option to do so? I have sent an email to hopefully get a refund.
