Awesome Place for Parts
I recently made the decision to swap out my long block in my 30 year old car. As most projects like this go, you soon realize that the old parts in the car are probably better off being replaced than reused... FCP Euro was my main supplier for the parts on this project (other than the long block), and I definitely ordered a LOT from them in the span of a month. Not only did they get me the parts quickly, but they were all high quality and for a reasonable price. I can honestly say that they made a lifetime customer out of me.

Milford center with distribution warehouse issue
Went to Milford center for my order! Had to wait for couple hours. Packages did not arrive and had to leave! They said they would fed-ex it the next day! Only part of the shipment arrived! Called them and said there must have been a mistake! It arrived a day later! The delay caused issue with my appointment at installer! Suggest to allow customers to go to their warehouse if they can not deliver quickly! Not good! Not good at all!

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your order was not ready when you arrived and for the impact the delay had on your installation appointment.
Because your time is valuable, we ask customers to wait until they receive the Ready for Pickup email before traveling to the Retail Center, as this confirms the full order is available. While most pickup orders are fulfilled within two hours, timing can vary based on inventory availability and location. In this case, part of your order was located at our Bic Drive facility and needed to be transferred to the Retail Center.
To avoid adding to your wait, we arranged to have the order shipped directly to you. Unfortunately, a carrier delay caused part of the shipment to arrive later than anticipated.
We understand how frustrating this experience was and are reviewing what occurred to identify opportunities to improve our process and communication moving forward.

ive ordered parts 2x for pickup and I live 154 miles away. Each time its been mid afternoon when I get to the store only for order not be ready. this past time was the worst experience as I had a U-Haul to pick it up. upon arrival I was told no sorry its not ready we will ship it to you for delivery tomorrow. A delivery which did not happen took two days to ship some of the items to me.
What is even more upsetting is I made an order at the counter and it was screwed up! I didn’t notice it because $100 core charge hid the incorrect price! I said the car was a May 2011 build and he deleted both starters from the order and somehow replaced it with the wrong one. When I realized the error next day when it arrived I had to reorder another one and you shipped it to me via USPS so it won’t get here till later this week!
Is a life time warranty even worth it to me to have to put up with these delays.

Although you showed our team the starter you were looking for, we should have taken the additional step of verifying fitment using your VIN before finalizing the order. This did not meet the standard of service you should expect from us, and the breakdown in our process is being reviewed and addressed.
A member of our team will reach out to you directly to review what occurred and help resolve the situation. If you still need to return the incorrect starter, we will also be happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Straight forward and easy process
I needed 2 air filters for my 2016VW Golf TSI. FCP Euro's website made it easy to find compatible parts when I plugged my vehicle data in. Because I was not in a hurry for these items, shipping time was not the highest priority. Everything arrived well packaged and in good shape. I expect I will be purchasing from FCP Euro in the future.
