I called and when they answered they were very helpful in finding the answer I needed and confirming my part fit properly to my vehicle.

It would be nice if every automotive repair project went to plan, but they don't always go that way. Often I need additional parts and turn to FCP for them. Their response time in processing the order has always been quick and I typically receive my parts in a few days. It helps that I am in the next state, but I do appreciate the fast service!!

3rd time in a row they’ve botched my order online this will be the last time I have my vehicle on a lift standing holding the wrong parts I’m unsure of why the quality has gone down hill so fast but I’ve had better service from the morons at Amazon

Vendor answers with BS typical grovel to mend the fence so to speak too stupid to realize once the bridge is burned it’s too late please anybody out there reach out if you need an alternative to FCP Euro I’ve compiled a list of alternate vendors

I had ordered a specific oil seal from another supplier and got the wrong seal after cross referencing the same seal twice! As soon as I ordered the “same” seal from FCP Euro I got the EXACT seal I needed, LETS GO!

Great parts selection including genuine parts, care and trust backing for what is being sold and the warranty for the product with fast shipping. What I’d love to see on the website is the ability to view and add related hardware for the part being viewed. Makes shopping easier.

So the kit I purchased for my 2003 C240 2.6L worked great. Good quality crankcase vent tubes. My only lack for a 5th star is because I was missing one tube that connected to the T from the intake runner to the driver valve cover vent cover. The objective here is to assemble a complete kit as a functioning complete upper reseal job. All the tubes age the same so they all should be replaced together. So my disappointment is due to re-using one of the older tubes. I understand there is a part number list to show what is included. That's fine. Perfect the kit by including all the tubes instead of all but one.
Price isn't the issue it's the convenience of OEM COMPLETE Kit

I placed an order with fcpeuro. Part of the order arrived on the date provided at the time of the order, the other parts did not. fcpeuro said they were "mishandled", but have done little, in my opinion, to help resolve the issue despite multiple calls and emails to them. They apologize, but empathy without action, in my opinion, equals failure. They did offer $25 off my next order which amounts to 6.7% of my current order. I would have gladly paid that to avoid this hassle.

FCPEURO reached out to me and took steps to make this right. I've updated my review accordingly. They do seem to be interested in long term customer relationships. I appreciate their efforts!
